How long did you leave your style in for and how many retwist have you had in the past year for your journey

I leave my retwist in for 1-2 weeks depending on how long I want my hair to sit and grow in the style. I had about 6 or 7 retwist , I get my hair done every 2-3 months so I can allow it to breathe and grow without tension.

The first 5 -7 months I used Jamaican oil , and tea tree oil. After that my mom started making her own oil
