Very true
I would never want to take those beautiful braid-locs out. The friz makes your hair look bohemian gorgeous. Subscribed!

😭I unfortunately did( definitely regret it) but I did put in a new set🤭
Love your hair, thanks for sharing your journey❤. I'm one month in on the braidloc journey 🎉😊
I got loc extensions done this way without my knowledge.. had them in for 7 months. Just took them out recently and discovered that my natural hair is basically loc’d minus the ends
Love your locs!! I was thinking of starting mine with braids as well!

Frizz is not a issue
I love ur hair. Just came across ur videos because I am thinking about starting Braidlocs b ur not microlocs. Do u retie/interlock ur braidlocs or do u retwist ur roots (which is what I would want to do because it seems easier/quicker for me to do myself.

Thanks love!! I retie my hair because retwists unfortunately won’t last a long time with my hair🥲
The twists locks faster than braids locks

How long after you first twist your hair, can you wash it without it unraveling
Whats the new growth process like? Do you go in for normal retwists with a stylist?
i’m starting braid locs i’m 1 month almost 2 in & i wanted to know how long did you wait to wash your hair after putting in your braid locs & do you interlock ? i’ve been seeing a lot of interlocking but i originally wanted to palm roll

About 2 weeks and yes I interlocked my hair, palm rolling would her gold in my hair unfortunately
Question just started my plait loc journey do I have to inter loc or can I get a regular retwist when time come
@DestinySunshine

@@britaus9184 it really just depends on your preference!🙂 retwists are easier and takes less time but it doesn’t last as long as reites.
I need help I may a year may 2024 and mines are still braids what am I doing wrong what method do you do?
@DestinySunshine

You’re doing nothing wrong love! With braids it takes much longer for the pattern to fade compared to the other methods!😊
I currently have small braids in wanting to start braidlocs. Is there anything I need to do like retwisting the roots? Im new to this

Nice!😊 and it really depends on your hair type and lifestyle! If your hair is more of a loose texture and especially if you life somewhere hot or you work out often I’d recommend a retie where you are locking the roots with a locing tool so that it lasts longer and doesn’t unravel. You can also just retwist/palm roll. Although its faster to do, keep in mind it doesn’t last as long! Hope that helps😊
Are braid locks easier to comb out?
@DestinySunshine

I believe so as they take longer to lock than the other traditional methods

Frizzy is positive process deal with it
Heeeey how long does it take to mature
@DestinySunshine
Жыл бұрын
It depends on your hair type but for me it’s been over a year and I have a few that still aren’t even close to maturing and some that already have started!
Conditional slows down locking
Conditioner for unraveling locs stop using it
