I'm about too restart my PC after doing all this and I'll come back and let you know.. I literally did a DDU on my GPU drivers, deleted all COD files.. uninstalled COD. reinstalled it.. Seems to keep happening. I hope the direct x, and c++ thing will help + memory scaling turned down.

Noone I know has fixed the direct x crash by doing any of the things that you find online, what did help them is not having your browser open while playing. So if nothing works for you then try that.

@@nabeelmhd669 Turn off hardware acceleration, and don’t use spotter scope anymore. 😅 I almost never have those errors anymore. But i also don’t use spoter scope no more. And usually i had opened youtube on my second monitor, turning off hardware acceleration also helped. I get some other random errors sometimes, but at least now its playable.

@@1crx071 you can try verify files. if doesnt work then uninstall and reinstall game. do you still get directx error after 2 months? your pc specs might be lower than the minimum requirement (the gpu)

If you have an AMD driver and trying to play the S3 it's a problem on AMD end and not the game side.

I open grahic part in setting and then in quality tab bottem of screen select reset tab and then select performance. It work for me.

I just built a new PC and ALL my games aren’t working. I can launch them and they’ll work fine for a moment then crash. CoD told me DirectX error and GTA said the same and Hunt Showdown just turns black but I still here audio with no error message. 😞Please send help!

I updated my driver for my 4070ti and now every game I play except for sons of the forest crashes? How can this even be possible? I tried to roll the driver back and it doesn't matter. All games including MW2 crash now. Anyone have any ideas?

turn off hdr if u use it, also check windows settings windows security > device settings > core isolation > turn that OFF windows asked me to turn it on a few days ago i did everything turned to shit, couldnt open MW2 without it crashing loading the menu couldnt play CP2077 without it crashing in the menu etc

got that problem after the S03 update yesterday. Did all these solutions here, Updated and even reinstalled all drivers, reinstalled Battlenet and the game itself. Still no clue. It crashes when in the Loadingscreen. Next thing im gonna do is a clean windows install. Lets see if that will work

The Issue for me was Resolved after Activating Vertical Sync for both Game and Ingame Menu, in the Game Settings Pc Steam and Blizzard Launcher or what ever it is.

This only happens in the ranked game, error unknown last time. I've lost more than 800 sr

Finally, after struggling for more than a month, the solution is to disable focus mode and then set the FPS to the same Hz number as the monitor . 👍👍👍👍👍

I have this error on a Dailey basis. no other games even crash. even set to 4k (I run COD at 1080p)

I closed up steam & regedit that I had opened, launched

Still happens constantly. Seems unfixable. Guess I just have to be used to it happening every 3-4 games

@@Warsletadeadchannel It's kinda random for me I can usually play a small handful of games before a crash Sometimes it won't happen, I was amazed when I was able to actually burn thru 2 30 minute XP bonuses in a row before a crash got me But usually it'll be after I've played a few rounds, the game will just freeze and I'll know the Crash of Duty crash report screen is coming

I've used DDU to re-do my drivers multiple times recently, albeit only once for this, and I don't get DirectX errors in anything else So I'm assuming its CoD's problem and not my PCs.

Vega 64 here. Can't even load. Oddly enough I deleted absolutely all game files and reinstalled and the game worked for setting up my monitor darkness audio etc. Then the game restarts and crash on load everytime again

For some maybe, but for others like myself, we never even installed Discord and still get errors. Also, disabling any other overlays whether it be Xbox game bar or AMD Adreneline overlay does not work

A friend of mine has this BS error as well it s definitely the fucking game and not anything else. He tried every step in this video and nothing worked , Season 02 was stable but Season 03 caused this shit. oddly I don't have this then again I do have a newer GPU a 6800 XT he uses a Vega 56, even so both GPU's should not have any kind of issue with this game. So far no one actually knows a solution to this, all these YT videos are the same and every solution via reddit and other sites are again the exact same and offer no real solution, the problem actually lies at Infinity Ward / Activision or who ever made this poorly coded Triple A game, this proves that most new gen games are rushed out as cash grabs and are very poorly coded and developed, once they get their coin the devs become slow and careless, they fix things they should not be fixing most of the time.... this needs to stop. So instead add in more skins and more irrelevant garbage making their games even of worse quality as stability goes, this happens all the time. Hereby the CoD-MW2 (2022) Devs need to get their heads out of their asses and fix their shit, people payed more than enough for this crap already.

I managed to fix it by setting the DDR5 (Memory) speed back to the standard 4800mhz
