MVI 5671: Taking the Pig Down the Hill
Roasting a 110 lb. pig, the Cuban way, by Mickey and Gene Ferreiro at Lourdes' house in Birmingham, AL. Ingredients: Pig, roasting pit, rack, coal fire, and, of course, mojo.
