I love zoners!! My Magneto teams love to hunt them down lol it's when I have Sentinel on point versus zoning teams... that's an obstacle for sure!

Have you tried the arcade 1up cabinet ? Thinking about buying it

Do you guys have any ideas on how to make Ryu less ass? He peaked in MvC1 but Ken and Akuma exist in MvC2 so it seems redundant to give him those movesets. Maybe an evil Ryu moveset install a la dark sakura? If not then would some mobility improvements like air-dash/double jump or alterted normals to differentiate him from the other shotos be feasible? For the latter stuff like mid-air shoryus and tatsus that can be combod after? Basically keeping to the fundamental heavy theme that Ryu seems to embody.

They're allowing for cancels after the forward fierce overhead (it's a start). Anything after that would be up in the air.

@NK-vd8xi I feel that if they allowed for the original magic series link for his ground and normal jump links... it would be a huge help. Just like in Xmen vs Street Fighter.

I was just thinking of how to make him viable amongst the crazy MvC2 cast, especially if other other characters are getting buffs, it feels bad if Capcom's darling can't compete. Hence I was suggesting the changes for move properties and movement since it wouldn't seem gimmicky but more like an extension of his archetype. (An evil ryu install would be super cool tho)
