I definently agree. This series must win Oscar.

The scene where Saeroyi is crying in the rain after beating up Jang Geun-woon hits damn hard when you know the feeling of a loss (especially of a parent). I could feel and relate with every scene of father and son. That was probably the best acting I have ever seen!!! This show showed that it is possible to continue life after something so terrible happened. He loves his father so much, he was his life. I am still at a point in life where I do not believe it is possible to live without regret and sadness but I want my father to be proud of me and not worried. Omg this show was just so emotional and goooood.

Itaewon Class is that kind of drama wherein you're happy where it led you and you're satisfied with the ending, but somehow at the back of your mind you wish it stayed on episode 1 where everything was okay for Park Saeroyi --- he has a loving father and he's trying to become a police officer. 😭😭😭💞

I'm still heartbroken by this. I can't believe I was already crying hard on the 2nd episode.

I really cried so hard when his father said to him, "I am proud of you. I want you to stick to your principles in life and be more confident than me."

Just yesterday I got a mental breakdown. I'm so fed up from the stress in med school, plus I've been locked down far from my family. I'm alone in my room with no one to talk to, all my lights are off and I'm lying on my floor. I cried for hours and I couldn't stop my tears from falling. Just when I thought I'm about to give up, my alarm rang to remind me it's time to study. This is my alarm tune. I set it up after I watched Itaewon Class and the lyrics just got me. "you'll try and try and one day, you'll fly away." This song just saved my life.

Itaewon class: Taught us that If you think that you are right from what your doing , then Do it, still ,keep fighting no matter how hard life hits you. Because at the end of the day you'll see yourself doing it again so why don't you try until you have hope. But in the reality Where the scene boy said "I'll keep living from what my father taught to me " this is not the exact line but bear with me. But in the reality You can't do that if you keep basing to your principal you'll not get what you want. Because in this world full of Unrealistic happening you need to be realistic.

Ep 1 I was crying at my dorm. Ep 16 I'm still crying and happy he achieved all. 😭

Throughout the series, every time Saeroyi pours a glass - I felt it

I'm just thinking that when I said "I hope I can be free from sadness and pain etc," that we must not burden ourselves to our past that someday we can let go of those baggages and start a new journey or to keep moving forward for we must learn the lessons of the past and continue to live bravely. I’ve watched many k-dramas in my life but this one hit real different, the cast the music everything was well put together and this is one drama I’ll never forget.

Damn. Park Seo Joon portrayed Park Saeroyi in a fucking next level. Have watched over 50 kdramas but no character has portrayed as excellent as him.

This song, this song brought me tears, I remembered the time where Saeroyi and his dad was still together. He really treasured and admired his dad, he really loved him.

Episode 15 when he took a magical dreamy walk with his father.... A place between earth and heaven. And when he woke up from that dream.. We all cried with him. This drama ❤

I still can’t get over how they made a character so likeable, and killed him off, all in one episode. RIP MR PARK 😭

난 왜 이 노래만 들으면 눈물이 날 것 같지......

two weeks since the last episode but I still can't go out from it. this song is so touching and makes me cry every single time. I lost my father when I was young but I'm a mother now so I will keep fighting for my life and family. thank all who made this super impactful drama and all the ost 💙

I remember crying super hard when I watch Chansol sing this on the program. I didn't expect myself to cry even harder in the drama.

it’s really sucks to grow up .. this song gives me hope .. i have been in depression since 2 years ago.. i stopped everything i like also started doing bad stuff, harm myself and the end i ended only hurting myself!! my value!! from this point and this day i will not look back and fight for my life ,dreams, passion, values and everything beautiful in my life. i want stand and fly up high.. i want to find true happiness .. i want to be happy person ❤️ please pray for me ❤️

This drama the best ever i watch and everytime i hear this ost it's make me heartbreaking Itaewon class many taught me about life Which is the world is unfair and force you to fight Maybe it's hard and pain It's okay to cry, and i can feel the pain when saeroyi cry so loud in hospital And sometimes make me to remember back memories with my father I miss his so much....

The dramas that Park Seo Joon is casted in never fails to amaze me. Same with many other actors/actress. Can’t wait to see the end of this drama.

Itaewon class taught me to being strong and don't give up whenever its too hard to handle 😢 1st episode until 16th episode i cried and give me strenght to success !!

This drama made my soul hurt, cry and smile at the same time. It’s one of the few special dramas that will stay with you forever because it takes on the harsh reality we live in...... injustice, racism, discrimination, bullying ........ all these social issues that we all face in some way. Bravo to the creative team of the drama and the creator of the web series is based on. The cast.... just simply amazing ❤️

An amazing song written and recorded by Ben Folds. It was later covered by Lee Chan Sol. I think Ben Folds is a great band for producing great materials but I have to commend Lee Chan Sol for this heartfelt rendition. I cried every single time I listen to this music.

I am soooo glad that this song of Ben Folds gain popularity. I always listen to this song way back in college (5yrs ago) as a therapy over stressful days.

I may have cried, much too many times more than I'd admit. What a beautiful song, Itaewon Class your acting piercing my heart. I got interested in K-dramas after becoming a BTS army, its a new world and I am loving it (purple hearts)
