Years after, but you still can see yongseo shipper here and there :')

Ppl think this song is Yongseo’s breakup story, but I think this song is about their WGM days (which is why it has so much yongseo) This song was out in 2015 Jan and there’s a backstage video of YS in Dec 2014, talking and joking with each other. If OFD is about them, they would’ve been broken up at that point. Even before that, they have interactions on stage but knowing them, they would be more careful interacting with each other if they were really dating which is why I think they weren’t dating (but probably still liked each other, which is why there were so many YS hints in their songs and interviews).

+ YH said that this song isn’t just about breakups, but also past memories and thinking “those were the good days”. I don’t think he would need to say this if it were a breakup song, because the lyrics are self-explanatory, so the fact that he emphasized this is suspicious. The end of WGM was basically a breakup so the lyrics can apply to their memories on WGM as well. So, I think up until this point they still liked each other but not dating. IF they did date in real life, I think it’s after 2017 GDA until now! So many hints in their songs/MVs, esp that girl and letter, YH singing banmal song again, posting goguma on IG (he KNOWS what it symbolizes). I think they finally got together when SH left SM and had more freedom because the timing and their posts are so coincidental even until now

Seohyun may not have been his 1st love but I think she got under his skin. Why else would there be so many similarities in the MV, even down to features of the actress portraying his GF

If ya'll wondering why it has a lot of Seohyun in the comments, let me break it down for you. It all alludes to his tenure with her on WGM - They met surrounded by his friends - The cake is probably a reference to the Goguma (their couple name) cake the CNBlue boys got them - The 'Empty Park' is their last walk together on the last episode and probably the time where he gave her his gift, (watch it). - That shot she puts her arm into his arm lock, is their time in Japan on their way back from their accommodation. - Their couple shopping is that time where they were looking for couple rings. - Them eating at a seafood restaurant, is a callback after they harvested their hard work, its also a big moment in their relationship because its the first step to how this couple grew a global following. - The shots underground complex, looks like a train station to me, I don't know what Korean train stations (underground) look like, but its a hint at their time overseas. - It's subtle, but over-thinking is when he leaves and comes back to hug her, its the period in their relationship where Yong-wha tried something different to spice the relationship. - That shot where she's reading a book back-lit by a ray of sunshine is a reference to Seohyun's love of books and the scene is taken straight out of their wedding photos - The foot play is a little play on when Yong cooked breakfast for Seohyun after coming back from Japan, promoting Hoot. They did a same thing after they finished breakfast That's all I can think of without over-thinking too much. Besides the obvious that the model looked like Seoyhun and she had her hair like Seohyun for the majority of the shots. Yongwha teased though, purposely had winter in the season, but didn't have a damn scarf.

The misunderstanding about the party. I read somewhere that the girl in question had a birthday party a few years back and some of the male attendees are hoping to date her. Knowing her, she'd be all friendly and knowing him...how the jealous him would react. My theory is this was the cause of the breakup. I'm just not sure if it's the first or second breakup. But I'm sure they're back together again. (thank you for referencing the goguma cake. I wouldn't have noticed if you hadn't said it)

Then around graduation, my family finally collapsed, I moved out and went to work in a different state for 2 years. Now I'm finally back with my mom and my brother and I started college. I forgot about this song. Until yesterday when my course-mate gave me a present, it's a small memo block with the words "one fine day"

When I tell you I was genuinely feeling heartbroken listening to this. I do listen and love my fair share of 'love' songs so to speak but having never been in a relationship or been in love, I could only empathise so far. I honestly believe this is the first time I ever teared up listening to a song like this. And THE LIVE! Yonghwa singing this live is magical beyond words!

I will never ever part like that just for having longing feelings. If you can't love your partner sincerely because of someone else, why in the first place you let go of her? I'm so frustrated :"" anyway everything is so good, music,vocals,story all good!
