Yes! My girl! This was an amazing reaction! You guys can definitely call Hwasa Maria from now on if that's easier, but you can just treat her name like saying anything else with a Wh in front of it. Like what or What's up, the Hw in her name is pronounced kind of like that, so Hwasa would sound like Whasa. But yeah, Maria is her baptismal name, so it's kind of like her English name. Her other solo songs are Twit, which is bouncy and a bit island sounding just like this almost, and Lmm and Be Calm, which are beautiful ballads that show off her vocals. All the members have multiple solo songs, and Hwasa, Wheein and Moon even have their own mini albums.

Her name is spelled Hwasa for a reason, even in hangul it's spelled with the h-sound first. That's the reason the company changed her official name from Whasa so Hwasa, because that's how you're supposed to pronounce it. It's the same with Wheein, just that for some reason they spell her name Wheein instead of Hweein, but it's pronounced Hweein.
