LMM is Lost My Mind. Hwasa said one day after work she went home and suddenly had hard time breathing and she cried a lot, she felt uneasy about her future and couldn't think of anything happy. She felt like throwing up and just wanted to run away. She wrote how she felt in LMM lyrics. In the mv she's just living her life when those arrows appears, some enter even in the place she is living, so she decides to go away from that place. Somethings I noticed about the mv: Arrows = the hurtful words being said about her - the arrows shot at her outside her house - then she enters the house and arrow follow her to her living room and even bedroom - the locations keep getting smaller and more confined - she decides to run away and once she turns her back she gets shot (When she shot the arrow it could be that she started beleive those hate words about her and once her own self said those things about her that's when she was actually shot) - so she realizes the only way they can't harm her is when she faces them, although she's still very hurt - she takes all her courage and calmly face the arrows - now the arrows can't hurt her anymore

So this song is about Hwa Sa going through hate and everything she experienced but still managed to accept those bad sayings about here with a *“I’m Okay”* even though she is not. 1:02 she acts as if she doesn’t see the hate coming from people what is symbolised by the arrows which where shot in her direction. But they didn’t hit her. They couldn’t hit her because she walked through her path acting like she don’t see the dangerous and dark side of her path she chose(to be the idol in her own way regardless of the idol standards). She knew it’s what she wants and that it has to be this way to let her be herself. She’s wearing white. White shows the innocence and how clean and peaceful a person is. *Do you wanna go somewhere* Those lyrics hit really hard. She maybe wanted to leave everything the industry and this world where she isn’t accepted 3:37 SHE HwaSa shot Hijejin who wanted to leave all of this behind and be somehow free She came back and turned herself to those arrows which where directed to herself and she were able to get the spot where she can’t get hurt by arrows(people and their bad comments about her) and that’s how she is still here as our idol and QUEEN she is today

Notice how all of the arrows miss her, and the one that struck only stung for a moment before it faded away and no longer bothered her. Just like the hate she gets. It might sting, but she’s learned to ignore it. She is showing her strength. She won’t let others bring her down

I just love how the arrows follw her inside the house, literally mean fame and fortune cant protect your soul, and how the only arrow that hits her is the one she fired, meaning that no harsh words can hurt her unless she give meaning to them. How she doesnt fall after being hit and keeps on walking; and when she doesnt fall she isnt in her house or shell. Being strong means self confidence self esteem, able to be myself even when im alone on a meadow. 04:10 At the very end, she looks like crying, but not crying, she seem weak but keeps on walking, she looks a little bit proud but at the same time she doesnt look happy. And I think this is literally what life looks like. True artist

the only reason why peoples criticis hwasa is because they were scared of her differences. when hwasa appeared into the publicity with her different skincolour than any other idols, they just cant bear and fear of her differences, people hate difference. we cant change that fact. remember, no matter what colour of your skin is or no matter what religion you are. we are no difference. difference are not matter. we're all the same human being, so please treat everyone nicely bc once you be kind to other, everyone we'll be kind to you after. trust me ;)

People who speaks ill of Hwasa seriously need to watch her episodes in I live Alone. She's called the most humble person to ever appear in the show. She might be a badass performer on stage, but she's the most relatable idol that's why the netizens love her especially teenage girls and women. She makes anything she touches sold out after airing of the episode. She were casted in so many variety shows because she's a natural comedian who is not pretentious on-screen. She makes memorable lines and the MC's praise her humility and kindness. Mamamoo is on top with the best fanservice along with Suzy, IU, etc. but even in Mamamoo segment of TMI, she was given emphasis because of how warm and kind she is with her fans. She would kneel down just to sign the cast of an injured fan, kneel down to tie the shoelace of a fan, pick up the fallen belonging of a fan, she would cry with the fan, she would write long message to comfort a suicidal fan, she would preach to just eat when she was asked how to lose weight, she treasures all of the beautiful comments in her instagram account. She would kiss her grandmother warmly on national television, she would hold hands with her dad and people find it unusual, she would write heartwarming letter for her parents in ILA to show her love. She appreciates people and an MC once said, just 5 minutes with Hwasa and you will immediately like her as a person. She's come this far just by being herself and the hate she's getting never lessen despite Mamamoo's speech about it. The hate she's getting in Twitter is honestly unreasonable and inhumane. This woman deserve the love and respect that her fans and casual listeners give her. She's successful and will still be MORE SUCCESSFUL in the future because she has a talent and she's unapologetically herself. She gives her all in all stages big or small, she produce music with meaningful lyrics and are pleasing to ears. She has a soulful voice and is a good dancer as well. If you are still hesitating if you'll stan Mamamoo, I suggest you should. Mamamoo never disappoint. They always deliver. They're funny as hell and many kpop fans would say their idols are the most beagle idols but I'm sorry but Mamamoo fans did not create the idea that Mamamoo are THE Beagle-dols. Its is given to them. Comedians recognize Mamamoo as the beagles of the beagles, among all idols. They are also the GAYEST of all idols, and ofc you can argue your idol for that title BUT evidence speaks louder than words right? Anw, Artists respect their music and legendary performers want to collab with them. There are so many that I could say about Mamamoo but I guess if you're still not a fan, you can at least check them out and find out the rest for yourself.

Who is here. After she sang this in KBS awards? She prepared I love my body and Chili but after that dreadful incident to an actor, she changed into this song.

There are two things I realized on this MV. First, even when Hyejin's in the most beautiful place, merely walking, sitting, in her bedroom or in a corner.. all that's on her mind are the negative and hateful things people throw at her. The arrows follow her everywhere. And realizing that makes my heart heavy. And when she shot that single arrow, it got right through her. It affected her. Its the arrow she threw herself. Meaning, other's opinion may not matter to her but what she says to herself, especially if she finds herself bad or not worthy, that's what really matter and what's something she is trying her best not to do. Cause how we see ourselves affect and mold us to what kind of people we are now. Let's be kind to others but most especially.. to ourselves.

I don't see her as an actress. every time I see her I can imagine her film being made as an *ICON* in Hollywood. fu** Kpop and kdramas... Korea is so small for her :) *SORRY NOT SORRY*

Interpretation: In the chorus, she sings, "Do you wanna get some more We just lost sight Do you wanna go somewhere We only try to avoid it Yai, yai, yai, yai Again yai, yai, yai, yai Even if we try to take more We're still just hanging around in the same place" From the lyrics, I interpret that she has a desire to escape and she came to this beautiful house with a beautiful view and in the beginning, all seems peaceful and fine but soon, arrows start slowly trickling in (I think the arrows represent the sharp words/hate she gets). She came to this beautiful place but she's 'still hanging around in the same' headspace she was trying to escape from. She seems mainly sad, tired, and lonely in these scenes. The arrows fly all around her and she is able to avoid getting hit by them, but not really cause they're definitely affecting her. But of course, the only arrow that truly hits her is the one she shot herself. She's aware the only opinion of herself that matters is her own. In fact, this is when we get the first sign of defiance from her, as she turns around with a, "that all you got?" gesture. It's at this part she sings the final line, "Flowers bloom, even in the falling rain." Which is empowering; She will bloom, even in a shower of arrows. But another arrow shoots dangerously close, causing a strap to drop and she doesn't look victorious, just sad and on the verge of tears. In fact, this is the first time she shows open anguish instead of muted sadness. This is also when the arrows slowly stop. I wonder if this signifies her confronting and accepting her emotions, instead of just running away from them. In the last scene, she calmly faces what looks like the final barrage of arrows. It feels like she's found a sort of peace. The music shifts into something uplifting, we see her standing amongst a large scattering of arrows. She survived and things will be ok.

P.S. If y'all liked this track from Hwasa, I urge you to check out her other solo single called, "Be Calm". Its lyrics are just as poignant, and she sings it perfectly with so much emotion. A bit more context about the song (credits to twitter user ch0sshi for this translation): "before spring approached, she experienced separation from someone she really loved (someone very dear to her had passed away). so it made spring feel really flat when it was a season that only appeared beautiful+bright before to her. she wrote the lyrics to express the emptiness and loneliness she felt." My personal favorite lyrics from the song: "Longing, emptiness, and loneliness. They're all growing. But I don't know what exactly I'm grieving for." & "Maybe spring noticed, it's making all the flower bloom."

It's telling how you can never see who's shooting the arrows, just like how the people who write scathing comments hide in anonymity. Which is heartbreaking because how do you know where to shoot back? Also the way the arrows reach even the innermost part of the house where you would think it's safe is similar to how hateful comments have a nasty way of piercing your heart even when you try your best to ignore them. So much symbolism in this video. It makes my heart ache for Hwasa. Remember that the best way to protect against hate is with love so let's strive to show our love to baby Hwasa!

I only discovered mamamoo today and so I've been binge watching all their music videos in order....this was the first and only to make me absolutely wreck out a sob. Like the way I just started crying bro this song is so painfully beautiful and her voice is mesmerizing and you can hear the pain and EVERYTHING in her voice, the lyrics are so deep and meaningful, the instrumentation the videography...everything. she's so talented and so gorgeous and powerful I'm so whipped bye.

The only arrow that actually hit and hurt her was her own... she is surrounded by people that are trying to hit her, stab her, puncture her. They miss everytime, but with her own bow, she targets herself.. and doesn't miss. She recoils afterwards.. yet that arrow itself signifies how much even her own words can and probably have hurt her. This was beautiful, sending love to Hwasa and Mamamoo from America. This MV is so well produced. As we all know the Arrows symbolize "hate" or "negativity" targeted at her. Notice how the arrows keep on coming, no matter where she goes, they are literally everywhere. Lyrics like "we are just trying to avoid it", "do you wanna go somewhere" means how hard she tried to avoid the hate but eventually at 3:55, she decided to face them head-on and instead of walking away from them, she is walking straight towards them. One very important thing to notice here, out of all those arrows the only one that hit her was shot by herself 3:39. This depicts that she is her biggest enemy when it comes to hurting herself (emphasizes too much self-criticism) - this part just broke me. The ending scene is so powerful, look at the number of arrows directed at her, they almost cover the sky. But in the end, none of those arrows hit her and she is standing unscratched, meaning she will always come out stronger against the hate that is thrown at her. This whole cinematic scream how much pain she feels and how she tackles them. LMM was already awesome but with this, it became a cinematic masterpiece. . Remember Hwasa's reply on FanCafe to a highschool moomoo who has gone through a lot: "The person who can make you unhappy is no one but yourself" Hence that one arrow hitting her is too damn meaningful. Also, the phrase "Flowers do bloom even in rain falling down" is like a conclusion to this MV. "Rain falling down" is referring to the number of arrows that were coming at her in the end scene and Hwasa also referred to as "flower" stood strong till the end saying she will bloom even in this situation. PS: All the water bodies shown in this MV are moomoos crying....so badly

I thought that when she was standing in the balcony, it was her trying to 'fight' or 'speak' for herself but it was to no avail, the arrows kept on coming. So she tried to fight back by shooting an arrow but it just made everything worse for her, using her fighting back just to add up for the hate and eventually it hit her

Hwasa performing this on sbs awards for lee sun kyun... My heart breaks thinking that she was able to write this and maria because of all the hate she got and even after all that people still target her. I hope she stays strong. If everything becomes too heavy to handle i hope she just quits being a celebrity and enjoy a quiet life instead of doing 'that'

Seems like no one pointed this out, there's a part 0:56 where she sings repeatedly 휘 (hwee), 휘, 휘, 휘, it can mean 2 things, first 휘 (hwee) could mean the sound that the arrows/wind make, but also, i believe it refers to 휘인 (whee in), another member of MAMAMOO who's Hwasas's best friend since middle school (they had a segment in the variety show I Live Together, episode 323). The next line, 위로해 means "comfort me". In context, she's reaching out to her closest friend to comfort her in her darkest times when she gets hated on by netizens or when her self-doubt gets to her. I had been listening to this song for a while but when I first realized this fact I almost cried, it's both beautiful and sad how so few words can express so much, the value of friendship and having someone to lean on when the whole world is against you. And in the end, you can be as rich as you want, as famous as you want or as successful as you want, but during the darkest times, all you really need is someone to lean on, who understands you. Hope this reaches out to more listeners!

It's so heart wrenching to see people saying horrible things and lie about her everyday on social media. She's a very sweet person. My comfort song ❤

I had a friend who looked like Hwasa and was extremely insecure. She died some years back unfortunately but I wish she had had the chance to experience this amazing singer and her story. Being told she wasn't pretty enough or didn't fit the kpop image to now dominating as one of the greatest talents to bless the world and being completely unbothered of what haters have to say. She is beautiful in more ways than one! I wish I could have seen my friend shine like that 🙏🏾 I wonder if Hwasa realises the many blessings she gives to the world.

i literally gasped when the arrow hit her back.. This mv makes me want to cry, I think the arrows represent the hateful words that people say about her, and i think what the arrow hitting her back and then disappearing means that the hateful words do hurt her, she’s not some toy which cannot be hurt but a human. She just chooses to ignore the words and the hurt and move on, hence the arrow disappears. She does not and never deserves the hate she gets. Hwasa is so strong, so beautiful both inside and out, and honestly such a queen. I will support her no matter what happens, i just hope she doesn’t ever get too hurt by the hate she gets.
