@@faizalf119 Apparently, she doesn’t want it, and having reviewed her design, I really can’t see it at all except for a little bit with her apron, but even that I really have to force. Granted, I see even less gorilla (her apparent preference) but even if this is just meant as teasing, the tone of another comment I’ve seen suggests this has gone on long enough and it’s time to start respecting her wishes.

It's insane to me that only one of the 5 singers in this song speaks english as her first language.

@@sptspt yeah, I also know about it, but it just make sense if Kuwa Kuwe is supposed to be JP since it really really follow the japanese wording. And also, bird onomatopeia is actually "cuit cuit" and not "cit cit". My guess is, the lyric writer just made up those onomatopeia for the sake of easy pronounciation and rhyme.

After listening/watching this about a thousand times now, I’ve got 3 main takeaways: 1. The animation is incredible. It might look simple, but the circling/sweeping shots like at 0:15 are *very* difficult to do. 2. Mumei *has* to have been taking vocal lessons, she’s improved so damn much. I knew she had serious potential, but she’s gotten better than I ever expected. Her voice pre-holofest 3 to now is almost incomparable. 3. Lui’s pronunciation of ‘feather feather’ at 1:22 makes me smile every single time 😆

is it weird how much it bothers me that Male peacocks are mistaken for females so commonly one of the VTubers color scheme which mimic a peacock are the colors of a male peacock, female peacocks are not so colorful in the way male ones are.

Whoever worked coloring the subtitles is the most underrated person in this whole project and deserves a place in the credits, a raise and just any ad ravenue from this.

I mean, Vtubers as a whole have that happen a lot. Originally it was called holobirbs by most people. I think Kiara popularized the Holotori name instead. Aside from that you get StartEnd being formed for a single tournament, that ended up with an offical cover with the girls. We got SMOK, thuis namerd for the main initial of easch of the girls. NePoLaBo is the fan/official term for JP gen 5. And then most fans refer to Ame and gura colabbing as SAme. As for out of Hololive, other groups can get this like with Nijisanji EN having Nijicancelled. You will notice with most of these cases, they are fan made terms.

@@wardenunknown Umisea was created actually around 2 years ago seemeangly randomly, and it was originaly compsed of only Ina, Gura, Aqua and Marine, they added Chloe recently because she's an Orca, actually the group was known fo being pretty much non active for lots of time then recently they started to have more collabs and stuff and in this summer was when the group became way more active.

I never thought I’d see the day where a fan made dance is incorporated into an official MV and crowned with a new name. But here we are.

I love that the Shuba duck dance has evolved to include all of HoloTori. Even the lyrics include EN, JP, and ID. Their dancing is so cutely animated, Reine's TONJOK at the end too 👊

Funny, considering czechs have famous literature author called Čapek, who wrote famous books that are known worldwide like R.U.R (which invented term "robot"), The white disease or war with the Newts. In context, his name was often joked about as being bird related.

(Though he says it actually was invented by his brother, Josef Capek, an artist) It seems to be derived from an old Slavic word "rabota", which means "servitude of forced labor". Asimov invented the word "robotics" but he didn't know it. He assumed it was already the word for the study of robots when he wrote "The Three Laws of Robotics" (I didn't mean to write this much, but your comment fascinated me so I had to go diving on it. 😄)

but the real bird human only luilui and kiwawa😅. mumei can too but shes a shapeshift spirit. reine is a princess of peafowl kingdom. fowl-themed magic princess. like wales with their dragon themed flag but of course they're not dragon people. subaru.. we know her.. manager/coach of a club. that makes you wonder🤔. holoneko can be a real thing too, maybe?? so many holomembs that labeled as or trying to be a cat even though the only cat is okayu so far. zeta for example got labeled as cat XD

Took me until recently to even notice that in between each "Ey!", when it's only the music, is an audible "Ora!" including when Reine does that. It's easiest to hear toward the beginning at 0:08 in.

Holotori went from being a meme to one of the most recognized groups within Hololive to being an official group with an original song... While there is no official leader, unofficially its pretty clear its Kiara, and being an idol group leader is probably a dream come true for her.

Yes she’s definitely living the dream, especially because she says she really likes every holotori member a lot. Of course Kiara is also the first actual bird member and made the holotori group name when she did the first Subaru collab so yeah I can really see her being the leader/face. Especially since she pushes for the groups existence and for projects like this to be made too

Kiara feels more like a member at day and a producer/manager at night. I like that there is no clear main vocalist. I hope we get even more songs from them.

DO THE HOLOTORI DANCE! This is probably the best unit song ever. It started as a joke, then became a meme in the Holo community, and now Holotori is practically a canon unit. They also got their Hologra. Amazing.

I've never been so happy to be TONJOK'd. This was GROOVY! The cute, but goofy animation mixed in with loads of references and some good old bird puns makes this such a joy to watch and listen to. We even got got Japanese and Indonesian mixed in with the lyrics as well, and I love that. Awesome song, it's only fault being that it's so short. Very loopable, very catchy! I hope we'll get more like this in the future! HOLOTORI LOVE
