I'm here to cry for a bit, i can't help but wonder if the group will disband now that even Junhyung is leaving, specially because we all know he worked a lot on the songs for the group, it feels really weird to imagine the group with only 3 members but even TVXQ is still doing good with only Yunho and Changmin so maybe they won't disband.

But he never involved in their act or so what. Try to think of it, ur friend did something wrong and u know it. U might want to report it but these guys bribed police to free their name. Not to mention what will happened to him if he snitch them.

@@huhu4332 Hyunseong left the group in 2016 when they were still beast And the rapper junhyung left the group in 2019 due to a scandal he was basically not in If u don't know but this group highlight is originally a 2nd gen group they debut in 2009 with 6 members they left the previous company and for lable mark issues they couldn't keep their name so they redebut in 2017 as five members They recently made a comeback with only four members Title song (NOT THE END by HIGHLIGHT) Plz check it out 😉

-災 The whole Seungri scandal. Basically Junhyung got sent a video of a women being taped without her permission and didn’t report it. That’s what everyone is mad about. He wasn’t in the chat and didn’t actually do anything himself.

Our fandom is so lucky. HIGHLIGHT could have disbanded like most of the groups of their generation and break many hearts, BUT NO !! They decided to stay together and we're so lucky that they succeeded with their company.

i remember watching this as a depressed teenager going through puberty, and i didn't watch it often because i saved this for when I was really really sad because it made me so genuinely happy. It was my comforting safe space to come here and cheer up. There was one particular bad day when i sobbed by the end of the music video and not cause i was sad, but because i was so comforted and happy.

Their history is like a documentary i mean they went through so many difficulties first people used to call them "recycled group” a few years later, they overcame all obstacles and took home so many award. then hyunseung departed from the group then they left Cube I wonder how many time they cried but they never give up, for me they are not just my first bias in kpop industry they are my coaches they taught me how to never give up in life and this song I think they write it not only for the fans but for them-self too and yeah from now on uri oppa don’t frown we (b2uties)will be your light forever. :D :D 

Blaxx I wasn't following them when they were Beast. it's amazing how they get even more success with their own company. I'm rooting for more of Highlight's success in the future. And yes, Junhyung is a genius composer and producer. I'm a fan! :))

Dear newer Kpop fans I would appreciate if you take a day or two of your time and get to know about general Kpop history. Believe me, it'll help you appreciate the genre even more. That's what I did when I first got into it in 2010. BEAST/HIGHLIGHT are one of the most recognised boy groups in South Korea and one of the most successful idol groups digitally. While most 2nd gen groups are disbanding or on the verge of it, BEAST/HIGHLIGHT established their own independent label (Which is an incredibly tough thing to do and only a handful of groups have managed to do so - like SHINHWA for eg.) Unfortunately they had to rename themselves because their ex-agency hold the trademark rights to their old name BEAST. But, they're the CEOs of themselves now. And this is their first debut/comeback under their own label. They already had complete control over their music - their albums are completely self-produced - and now they have complete control over the management as well. I really hope you enjoy their music and appreciate the lengths they've gone to stay together and keep making music - which is a rare thing to find within Kpop these days.

They debut in 2009 as "BEAST/B2ST" under Cube Entertainment and they are really popular in Korea. In 2016 HyunSeung left the group, but they made a comeback with all the others members. They left Cube Ententarinment and created their own company called "Around US Entertainment" which all members are CEOs... They couldn't promote with their group name after leaving Cube Entertainment, The legal authority and rights to B2ST as a registered commodity in the areas of music albums, advertisements, and artist performances, belong to Cube Entertainment until January 25, February 23, and April 1 of 2026, respectively. So they change the name to "Highlight" (their last album's name). So yeah, it's the same group, but with a new name because of problems with copyright after leave the old label.

They are BEAST. They change their name cuz their contract ended in 2016 and it was with Cube Ent. Plus Jang Hyun-seung officially departed from the group on April 19, 2016. Now they are with Around Us Entertainment. It great to see them again. I miss them and this song is very catching....Glad they are back!!!!!!!!!!!!!

adammrmcchickenman highlight are beast , they were in cube ent. with the name of Beast then they decide to leave the agency and make one on their own with the group members. The problem was that Beast was Cube ent. proprieties so they debuted with the name Highlight. Different agencies , different name but same group

Even though this song's name is "Plz don't be sad", why do i feel like crying? TT I've been knowing them as BEAST ever since my fresh year in high school and i'm almost graduating from university now Back then they're one of the must-known groups for any Kpop fans, sadly they don't gain much international recognition till now This is a fresh start for them and i wish them all the best things to come I will always support you Highlight !!

Really glad Highlight is saving second gen groups from being wiped away from Kpop. Can't wait to see what they come up with in the future!
