hongki's voice is heavenly 😭

LEE HONGKI'S VOICE IS WONDERFUL AND UNIQUE AF! Teens nowadays who listen to kpop only know the most popular groups from the 3 major companies. There are so many beautiful kpop groups/bands out there who are amazing and work extremely hard who get ignored. kpop, in my opinion, these days is getting western modernized and slowly losing it's roots...so sad.

Hongki's voice and the story of this song really touch my heart, whenever i hear this song and watch this MV i really almost cry

Guys. I see a lot of you in the comments saying you like the old FTISLAND more and want them back... Yeah I know a lot of you aren't fans of rock music, but I just want to remind you that the newer FTISLAND is actually true to themselves. It's music they have always wanted to do, writing their own songs and making full albums. I feel that if you guys can't at least appreciate the fact that FTISLAND are finally doing what they love, even if you don't like the songs much yourself, I really can't consider you a Primadonna. They need the support more than ever now, since their music is finally theirs. I love all of FT, especially their new stuff. Please guys, appreciate them a little more, saying 'I want the old FT back' makes it harder on them, and will make them feel like they can't be themselves. Support and encourage them instead of telling them it's too different or not 'them'. If you're a Primadonna I'm sure you will understand. FIGHTING FTISLAND!!!

So true. It is precisely because of these kind of reactions that it took long for FTisland to have their first fully self composed album with a legit band sound. FT once had said even fans would prefer ballads and maybe that was one of the factors that restrained FTisland. I just want to remind people that FTisland is a band, not a vocal group. You can't be singing songs like this which all i can hear aside from Hongki's voice is violin or piano.Band members deserve better. Like FT said in a interview this year, "FT's old songs don't require a band,only Hongki hyung" I would have believed if someone told me this is from a non-band group. (instrumental) Those ballads, FT's guitar line and bass is serving as a session accompanying the vocals only slightly. Rather a accompanyment than a real band...

it's so true what you say. Even if i fall in love of FTisland for their ballad song and Honki's voice. I feel very happy that they do what they always want. I'm not that into rock but i try To apprecied the new FTisland because i love people and artist behind. Escuse me for my english. i'm french

I like ftisland new style. But this is the ftisland that I love, this style got me into them. And I know it isn't okay for me to want them to go back if they are happy now, but this style just always seems perfect to me

to everyone saying that they should come back to these type of songs: ftisland is finally being themselfs, they are finally doing the music they've wanted to do for so long, the 'new' ftisland is the true ftisland. They are more rock now, which I find great, bc personally I am a fan of rock music, but it's not that hardcore and I think everyone can enjoy it. but hey, if you think their music is too rock, try and listen to some Pierce the Veil or MCR (and they are also not that heavy tbh). Their new music, speaking from the point of view of someone who has listened to a lot of different music, is amazing, incredible, a piece of art and i'm trying not to be too biased here ok. I understand if you prefer their old stuff, but please, don't leave comments like that bc they need all the support rn, if they were gonna read it, they would feel bad u know?

True. FT current music is not much too hard either...it still has some pop elements that make it sound familiar. It is disappointing enough that casual listeners and k-netz comment on how FT was so big in their debut and should go back to their old sound...and rants and criticism similar to that. Still i think it is ok to like their older stuff, ballads.. Everyone has a different taste in music. but as least a fan shouldn't be greiving about past glory

I loooove the current FT Island. Lemme tell you, I was so shook when they released Pray. I was in HEAVEN. That song is soooo good and they executed it beautifully. I love everything about it. I think they did a great job fully coming to the rock side :)

I agree with you. Also, they really love their fans and said that in music shows they can't play the instruments properly and kinda have to pretend to play it due to logistic reasons. So they felt that the performances would not be genuine and it would be cheating their fans. Really love how they have full control of their music now.

Well said. They should NOT be going back to music like this. Not when they weren't happy with it. Like WTF Not saying I don't like their old songs, but they are much happier with the direction they have gone in.

I am a fan of MUSE myself but I dont like FT's rock somehow, sadly, primarily since most of them being major. But I've tried PTV and loved king for a day already, thank you.

I knew a lot of Ftisland songs but a few years ago, when I was watching the Bridal Mask (korean drama ---> definitely recommended!!) I was listening to its OSTs a lot at that time, and I came across a fanmade video with this music and the last episode of Bridal Mask, those who have seen it they know what the ending was, but I didn't... and it broke my heart when I saw what happened, so whenever I listen to this song, the memories of that death scene come to my mind and it always makes me cry. I love this song, but I can't listen to it much, because it makes me depressed. ☹😥
