I tried this recipe.. it turned out awesome.. my husband loved it.. followed almost all steps.. I did not have mitti ki handi so made it in regular pot.. also I did not have shah zeera so used normal zeera bhoon k.. and left out jaifal jawatri bcos i did not have it. Still it turned out so yummy.. i had lamb ka gosht and it took 2 hours to get soft on slow heat.. baaqi sab bhi hoti cheezain to aur mazay ka banta lekin wese bhi bohat mazaydaar bana Jazakallaho khair
