I made this with boneless lamb and couldn’t believe the taste. It just went kerpow 💥 in my mouth. Had it with tandoori roti. Best lamb meal in a long long time. I’m 19 years old and I’ve never cooked a day in my life, but the other day I wanted to surprise my parents and cook something for them. Being a Karahi lover and having all the ingredients available I followed ur recipe and improvised a bit on my own too😂. After my parents ate it my mom said that the karahi tasted 10x better than the way she makes it and my dad said that it reminded him of the karahi in pakistan. I can’t believe that something I made for the 1st time actually tasted that good and that’s all because of ur easy and helpful recipe. Thank you ruby aunty♥️
