For me the most annoying part of mutations is that the only way to get them is through the eggs, which are entirely dependent on rng. It means that because I didn't get any of the good mutations (or spend money to unlock them all) certain gamemodes are unplayable. So if you have a daily quest for the mutation gamemode, you have to risk losing a bunch of trophies because someone on the other team is sat in their spawn as ruffs/rico spamming shots into a wall

They nerfed mutations by the way, well not Hank's but Rico, Ruffs and Stu's mutations were nerfed. Stu now only regens 238 health while mutated and Rico and Ruffs' bullets bounce much less. W or L nerfs?

Stus is alright, but Rico and Ruffs is still broken. I think they should just change the mutations altogether

Stu will still run around the map while healing regardless, with the only change being they actually need to think sometimes, and the Rico-Ruffs players will continue sitting in a corner emptying their ammos and watching the funny yellow button fill up and get kills "out of nowhere". The only good way to balance this is that with Stu, his super should have a downtime of like 0.5 - 1 secs before being able to use super again, and Rico + Ruffs gets like a 10-15% DMG reduc when their bullets bounce like 5 times or something.

imo, mutations should have never been introduced to trophy modes at all and shouldve stayed in godzilla and been added to daily candidates. why were they not added to daily candidates? most forgotten mode in the game and they chose to just let it fall more?

Because if they are added to the trophy modes that is another insentive for you to spend 100$ in eggs so you can unlock the broten brawlers. So, it was just a sales strategy

I just started playing regularly again, and playing with mutations has been absolutely miserable

Spike, Nita, hank and max are insane for heist, tick is good overall pier and Brock are insane too. Just wait until you get one of these, after that, it will be fun

@@yokithegamer1554 im sorry but if you only have 5 mutations thats your fault alone. I have 15 mutations so far (basucally all since i have half of my brawlers locked). If you just do your cartons and your two daily eggs you wont struggle with this at all.

The only problem is that these games are for trophies. If you dont have stu or rico then you basically lose trophies

1:15 Some guy tried pulling this off in mutated solo showdown.. i humbled him rq and sent him back to the lobby with mutated angelo dealing like 10k with one ammo

I think the Colt at 6:15 didn't realise what was happening and only stop shooting because they didn't have the ammo after spawn and had to wait for a reload.

i feel like there should be a constant rotating mode where mutations are playable without gaining trophies. And maybe one where all brawlers auto have mutations.

I’m thinking that side half the brawlers didn’t get muatations we could expecte thei event to come back t some point. My hope is they’ll have more knowledge on “balancing” mutations now

Id just make like an option with buttons like the ones where you can pick "solo" or "duo" nad id just put "mutated" and "not mutated" for every mode so you can play every mode at any time

Mutations would be nice if there was a specific gamemode for them like the dino mode, mutations being on 3v3 modes just makes it easier to push in certain situations

RT mutation concept: bring back the glitch with Crimson RT Skin (every time you attack, the aoe attack that normally happens when you use your super also happens).

5:40 I think the mutation modes changed when they were seaching for a match

Level 7 Poco with mutation and healing gadget can solo camp enemy safe while still surviving all attacks. Trick is to hit enemies as well as the safe then use Super to heal back up. 😂 I know from experience, now I love him 😍 if y'all played WoW MoP before, he's basically like a Discipline Priest played as a tank.

there some mutations that are just fun buffs, little bit broken, and some are just broken², like Rico, Ruffs, Stu, Meg, Carl (but i wont say so), Angelo, Hank, Tick and Brock

Would you think that frank mutation counters rico/ruffs mutation since he breaks walls??

r-t mutation: adds back the crimson r-t glitch and his super does his normal super attack and shoots out 6 of his normal attacks in hank's super pattern

like exactly showdown aint fun anymore when its mutated, like it forces u to be an mutated brawler because everyone else is one

This event is more broken than the release of any brawler

The part ” oh my save took 16000 damage now IM gone do it agen ” took me loafing

My guess is that all the brawlers that didn’t get mutated will get them after these brawlers mutations are gone

We should watch out for this because some of these mutation maybe the hypercharge idea for future hypercharge brawlers 🤔🤔🤔

I got yellow ranger Brock and can’t use him because knockout is in mutation mode, they should allow you to choose the first 3 or something like that

Its very urgent plz help , its been inuff for me like i am getting only skins in legendary star drops ( i struggle whole day to earn 1 and what i get a normal skin ) its fine by me sometimes but now its too much , before its was some non sense pins now its skins . skins are cool but not in lagendary drop liteerly its making my mood so spoiled i stop playing ----- the best part is i am not getting eve skin in ranked drops when i reached mythic by now and gets all skins in lagendary (5 lagendary- and 5 skins ) plz help to reach this to brawl stars deb

I agree and disagree. if you don't want to play mutation modes then you just play whatever doesn't have mutations on at that time. they even have mutations off on all normal modes every now and again so you aren't barred from any of the modes. I just hope they don't lock them behind paywall next time. like they could still do event drops like the eggs. but the way to play the mode doesn't have to be locked to them.

I agree that more brawlers need mutations, half the mutated brawlers are so low effort like piper and brock simply shooting an extra projectile

hot take i actually love the mutations and i like how their worth trophies ive been playing since 2020 and if a brawler doesn’t have a mutation i simply don’t okay that brawler in said mode i don’t get what all the fuss is about

I have to say I have no clue why people are so upset over this. Its not like all of the gamemodes are unplayable you have a whole 2/3 of the gamemodes left plus ranked. People are really taking this the wrong way and being too competitive about this. Mutations were added to brawlers that often struggle or are just not meta (ruffs, squeaks, meg etc.). This way you can push them and have fun with them for the first time in a while since they were all so mid or bad (ruffs) before.

This would be great but some game modes just suck beyond belief and if you like certain gamemodes and they have mutations then good luck with a game now called “dodge the inv ammo”. Overall mutations should have never been entered into trophies because it just gives people records that should have never been possible

How do you use brawlers like melody which are mid in every mode except brawlball? Not to mention for the throphies... who cares if its an unbeatable record? In rhis point in time throphies dont show how skilled you are. It just shows how much time you are willing to spend in ranking up a character. The only skill based thing in this game is ranked. Dont take this game so comoetitevly its supposed to be fun to mess around in. Its just a video game.
