Greetings to Boris at this point!! I admire him since I started bodybuilding... In his best days he was a real hardcore athlete - tall, mostly ripped & huge. It's nice to see how tough he is despite all the setbacks he had to deal with [prison, hospital,...] Stay the way you are Boris - greetings from good old Germany ;)

That was a great chest work out!. Looks like an awwsome gym and the owner seems pretty cool. 3 time german champion.... nothing better to have at a gym.

This just shows how importent it's to train, if Boris had not trained 99,9% possibility that hes arm would have been completly ripped of and been on the other side of the road. Training helps the body in accidents too. I hope he fully recovers fast.

Man, this was an awesome and inspiring video. Didn´t even know, Boris had this cruel accident. Even more impressing is it to see how he´s getting back. 6 months after that, beeing up and runnig his bizz AND at least tryin to train as good as he can, that´s tough. Could you give me a meal plan to follow to gain some mass I'm 5ft11 and weigh 11.6 stone I've tried several costly meal plans given by trainers here in the uk with no success in fact I've lost weight? You don't need a meal plan. Just get enough protein and keep eating enough food to gain weight.
