Recently a couple from Calangute area was threatened by a neighbour for not allowing road through their property though there was access of 2 m. " Do u wish Delhi wallas to come here ? They will teach u a lesson " This threat came from a person who does not own the property but wants to sell the property without any ownership papers and fly. abroad. They are not even citizens.

I suspect the poor lady could be suffering from Alzeimers. The symptoms seem so. Please take her to a psychiatrist. She needs help. This can happen to anyone of that age.
