Wow real nice work, I'm glad I found your page, got a question, is the front frame rails level to the rocker panels. I have my front frame rails out and have levels on my rocker panels, should I level the frame rails with the rockers. Thanks Tom

Since we've never done one, the best we could do would be to furnish you with the pedestals that we use for the motor mounts. You would have to make them fit your motor.

I like the product. I have a 66 Fairlane. By chance will this subframe kit work on it? If not, do you know of anyone that makes a comparable kit for the Fairlane?

Where is the cross bracing?? You're relying on that floor to be leveled

Correct me if I am wrong, but you are removing the front floor supports on both sides before installing the sub frame correct? The sub frame is taking the place of the floor supports.

We now have a brand new Watt Link with rear rails. Installed with our sub-frame this will almost make a full frame.

How much

He is relying on his shop floor being level which it is not I have done some concert work the slabs are not completely level over the length of the car there can be a qarter of a inch or more depending on the age how well the poor was he should have used a actual level or a chassis table a small patch that works not on the hole car and the sound have been cross bracing before the old floor was removed he is tacking short cuts lots of shops do that hacks

Actually our floor is perfectly level, but we still always use a level. You must be horrible at your concrete work.

If they are measuring from the same place on the shop floor where they measured before removing the original frame rails the measurements would be the same even if the concert floor was a dirt floor. Any dope can pour concert but not all dopes can weld in a neat high tech frame rails on an old Mustang

George Humphrey said it correct. But I need to add. If the car is 100 % straight when you start and you don't move the vehicle from where you start then when you are complete and use the exact locations for your measurements you'll be fine. My "Fear" is my 50 yr old car that has had some damage isn't perfect when I start.

Choose the correct areas of the card, use a spirit level, you don't have to write anything down, that I would probably loose, anyway. Almost to the end of the clip, and haven't seen anything relating to the word "fear", that is in the title. Expected some dire warnings to take into account on these model years.
