It’s not just the Magneride. I have a non-Magneride 2018 Performance Pack 1 car with these same optional factory forged upgraded PP wheels and I am having the same issues. Although it appears the Magneride studs are longer, these wheels are the biggest problem with spacers.

Thanks for sharing. Not that you'd probably be bothered now as I think you've sold your Mustang but it was painful to see those sparks fly up the paintwork. I have magneride and having to cut anything is really putting me off. Would this affect the warranty? Also keen to hear about how you got on with the sale.

Hi, thanks for watching, car not sold yet!! Tough market at the moment, the warranty for anything to do with the wheel studs would probably be affected...but you can always buy new original studs and replace them if need be

I’m glad you’ve got a really understanding Insurance Co with all these modifications your making on your Stang, as when I fitted Springs & wheel spacers on my M2, BMW Insurance dropped me like a hot potato, & gave me 7days to find alternative Ins! & boy was it expensive over stock ! & if they don’t know??? You run a massive risk!

Many insurance companies don't charge a massive fee for these mods, I am in the "older" age bracket as well!!

As I don't use the cars much, I am waiting for the renewals when I will declare the mods....I also have some more big mods for the audi, so I will wait until I have done those as well...

@@fun2drive I decided to declare the mods to the Ins on the Beemer before taking it on the Rd, unfortunately it cost me heavily, even as it was a second car with 2K restriction mileage. I hope they don’t sting you, I got advised, it wasn’t the exhaust or other mods that cost me, it was when I messed about fitting Eibach Lowering springs & wheel spacers that I got stung on, as they see your screwing with the geometry of the vehicle ! I’m leaving my S55 alone on that one, although I’ve done other mods like resonator delete which never affected the Ins on it!

Thumbs up that you gave up on worrying about being able to put the car back to stock. Full send is the way to go. At the end of the day, you build it for yourself and not for resell value.
