This is the only way Central Kenya regains power without an election. By ousting Ruto through protests, leading to a military takeover. If Ogola had not been killed, the situation would likely have shifted to Nyanza once Ruto is ousted. I personally doubt the president's involvement in Ogolla's death. He seems to be a convenient scapegoat for someone to exploit and attribute the blame to the president. The ongoing protests no longer seem solely motivated by the finance bill. If that were the case, dialogue should have been pursued after the president's agreement not to sign the bill as demanded by Kenyans. It feels like seizing power through clandestine means.
