That's exactly what it feels like, like waking up out of a coma. There's been a few times in my journey where I became completely aware of who I "really am" but the gravity of realizing that that conscious/being, has been housed in this vessel with all it's mistakes and flaws, was so humiliating to my still unawakened self, that it literally felt as though it would have exploded my vessel to try to maintain it.... So I "went back to sleep" figuratively speaking, so much so, that there are times where I almost completely fall back into the illusion and those experiences seem like a distant dream that I only imagined, because there is nothing in my 3d reality to affirm it, quite the contrary actually. The characters and happenings that I've confronted since my awakening are out of this world, and I haven't been able to share them with anybody. I tried to share a snippet with my mom at one point, and it resulted in her suggesting that maybe I had a mental disorder... So yeah, best we keep some things to ourselves I suppose.

You're speaking of the Annunaki who are the progenitors of human beings. When they integrated with the women of earth, they created the Nephilim who roamed the earth causing havoc until they sent the great flood to wipe them out.
