    A little older, a little slower, but Sting is still electrifying to watch. Still gets pretty good air on those Stinger Splashes. Wrestling is better with him in it.

    cheapseats12 as a fan since wrestlemania 3 and a hulkamaniac until way after its best before date... I can argue that Hogan is far, far from the GOAT and it’s ridiculous to say he is. Even Hogan says it’s Flair. Hogan improved everyone’s wages, bought eyes to the product. But far as goat goes, not even close.

    Too early to tell, lets just wait til his in a full match at Revolution, pretty sure Darby will do more work in carrying the match and Sting will be just there to do his signature moves like the Stinger Splash, Scorpion Death Lock, Scorpion Death Drop , a little chops from here and there and of course his "wooooo" 😁

    @@RP-zs4qe sting didn't got injuries like undertaker got, after wrestlemania 2014 undertaker was immediately hospitalised because of his hip injury, after the match he passed out in backstage and was hospitalised for 3 4 months in hospital and thats why he stopped working out and lost his shape and also he doesn't train his legs because of his hips after 2018 he was again in good in 2019, 2020 and 2021. Not only that he got injury after match with triple h in wrestlemania 27 to hips back and also in 1998 and 1999. Undertaker got lot of injuries.

    Sting was world heavyweight champion when taker just a lower midcarter in WCW, Vince gave him Roman Reigns push and he didn't success first years. When Lord of darkness he just win two months reign. He wasn't huge star in 90s. Sting was purely main eventer and face of brand.

    Good thing they didn't use the setup Sting had back in the WCW days where he would use a quick release mechanism to get off the harness quickly. That's the setup that got Owen Hart killed.

    Absolutely amazing. Sting in great shape especially for a man in his sixties. And the choice to replace Darby's facepaint to match Sting's is amazing. Also Darby holding the title facing backwards like a backpack and smiling is a great little detail that adds to the gimmick. Things like this are why AEW is so good.

    The moment sting pointed at the rafters it brought back memories of my childhood from WCW, if you don't remember where legends are born, it's that era that defined wrestling and made storylines like this it's originality in history. Sting is a True Legend and will go down in history as the greatest of all time.

    The pay off to this moment was very rewarding. It was so awesome to see Darby Allin zip lining down the rafters, and Sting is in great in ring shape, he has been training and working hard. StarkCage vs. Darby/Sting will no doubt be an amazing street fight at Revolution.

    The Stinger is the best there is The best there was And the best there ever will be. If you don’t believe it, just hear the crowd reaction from the moment his song hit the building. With only around a thousand plus people in the arena, it sounds like if there was a jam packed of 18,000 to 20,000 people in the arena.     That video package was epic! At first I thought Tony Schiavone was being a idiot for wondering if Darby Allin was in the bag on stage (when it was shown in the video) but seeing as Hook was in the bag it made Schiavone’s question even more creditable. Overall,it’s nice to see Sting being able to wrestling,that swerve with Hook being in the body bag was clever,and Darby Allin taking a page from Sting’s playbook was awesome. That’s how you hype people up for a PPV!
