Break ho gya hai to usko new hydraulic se replace krna padega. Kya bewakoofi hai, wo part plastic ka banane ka koi reason nahi hai. base metal ka hai, stem metal ka hai, wo supporting ring metal ka ho toh chair durable ho jaye. Wastage of material.

Bhai jb knowledge na ho to aise comment nhi krne chaiye. Use plastic ka isliye bnate hai because Jo andar metal hota hai usme bht high pressure mei gas rehti hai and usi wajah se hydraulic up-down move krta hai (gas lift bhi bolte hai ise), so agar bich wala part plastic ka na hoke metal ka lgayege to up-down krte time inner wale metal mei wear and tear hoga... Jis wajah se high pressurised gas ek dm se expand karegi aur hydraulic ft jayega ya phir leak karega. (Baaki wo plastic part itna easily break nhi hota) I hope ab thodi clarity aai hogi aapko.

@@ESZChairsManufacturer ball bearings se lekr softer metal tak bohot se solutions hai. Chair banani hai, rocket science nhi. Chair assembly ka kaam hai, utna hi muh kholo jitna dimaag ho.
