Mentseekhang has took very bad decision to kick out many youths from work and mentsekhang graduated students, it’s really bad decision. This idea came from Sikyong la and current Mentseekhang director. Now many Sowa Rigpa graduated students are under problem, they spend whole 6 years under huge expectation and at the end Mentsekhang gave them shit… this is not the way to solve Mentseekhang’s financial problems. They r many more ways to solve the trouble but Sikyong la and new director chose the easiest way.
