Must Visit Spots in Serra da Estrela | Our Time Comes to an End...
After living in the region for over one year we move onto a location further North. We have really loved our time spent here and certain people certainly made our time here that much better. We were invited into the village are thankful to have made some great friends. Unfortunately the weather in the region just is quite right for us and we would prefer to be closer to the coastline. We will for sure be returning to the region in the future to revisit friends and relive some of the experiences we were fortunate enough to have.

Hello mate. What's seia like for a base? I'm looking for somewere in that area in May for a motorbike tour. Is there a few bars and restaurants there?

Hi Marcus. Seia is a good spot in the Estrela area. It does have the bars and restaurants you are after and is about central to head north/south around the mountain range or straight across via the Torre. We used there as it was the best option for our route but there are a few viable options depending on which route/direction you are heading.

@@ScottAndJen spot on thank you very much al have a look at that as an option last time I was there we stayed in one of the ski hotels above covilha but there was nothing there.
