Yes! I always say this! Laundry rooms should be directly off of the bedrooms! Love that the closet connects to the laundry room. Practical, modern and still sophisticated!

You must do your own laundry! When I had 6 bedrooms, I didn't. And I wouldn't want that laundry noise and humidity filling up my dressing room or owners' suite. Also I didn't see drains in case the washing machine malfunctioned, which means a flood! Beautiful but not practical for this large of home. 💖🌞🌵😷

100% agree. I will need a bigger laundry room because, I prefer to hang clothes n such after washing. Dryer will be for winter and rainy seasons as example.

This home is gorgeous and I love the attention to detail in every corner. The mix of white and black all over including the doorknobs and hinges and the black custom shelves. I also love the fact that each bedroom and bathroom were unique with a different layout and different light fixtures. The master shower was just breathtaking. Thank you for this relaxing tour.

Me neither! I would put a movie theater and kitchen in the basement and would stay there watching movies and Netflix. Of course,the pool is awesome with the spa. Definitely an awesome huge house with possibilities. It would be hard to leave.

This house never ends. It is amazing. The people who designed it, wow. And of course my favorite word, pool😀

Watching this from New Jersey. A long time watcher and supporter. Praying that one day I am in one of the properties you show and not just watching and looking at videos forever. Even those I would still watch after I move in. But, you understand what I mean.

This house is massive! Would be fun to decorate this property. I like that the property has two different sides, an east and west wing. One side could be for guests or teens/children and the other side for owner/parents. The builder kept the design simple so you're able to create the look you want. Huge windows for natural lighting. A nice canvass to work with. The exterior provides privacy and gives the opportunity for more privacy with the right landscaping. Nice property.

OMG this house is like a dream come true especially in Atlanta!! Oh my, we definitely have to work together for my first home. Great work and gorgeous home !

I remember this home. Visited a previous owner many years ago. He used to own the greyhound dog track. Dog racing and gambling. The renovation and design is very nice. That kitchen is to DIE for. I'm sure the new owners would enjoy there new home.
