How to cook a milky and sweet fish soup? Cathy, owner of Tung Hing Seafood Co. will show you, don’t miss this!
Step 1
Heat oil in wok, stir fry ginger slice till flavorful, add fresh fishes, fry fishes until golden on both sides, use spatula to mash fish meat and stir fry.
Step 2
Add boiling water, small amount white pepper, cover with lid and cook for half an hour.
Step 3
Strain fish bones with sieve, pour fish soup into cooking pot and bring to boil, add bok choy and tofu.
Step 4
Add small amount salt, bring to boil again and then serve.

我都係水上人!都差唔多係咁煲 不過我會多油煎魚 咁上下先倒走多既油。不過我地魚仔先會煎到碎曬撞熱水。大條D既會煎香落凍水煮熱。湯係無咁白但係有肉食。魚味道其實差唔多。仲會加D蜆仔落去仲鮮味。不過有一樣野係事實水上人食魚係真係無咁怕腥D。

真係各師各法,我一向落咗水先兜散啲魚,下次要學菁姐咁炒散佢。另外紅衫魚已經漸漸少,係易危物種,盡量唔好食啦,用鱲仔啦,大約食指咁長,好味過紅衫,又冇咁多骨

我家的弄法,是可以吃魚尾的肉呀? 沒有刻意去弄散肉與骨的啊? 可以吃肉渴湯吃菜,或者是加豆腐落湯內 又或者是加白蘿蔔,便成了! 純粹是自己的分享,而也試過很好味道的了!

亞SO,用易潔鑊,係咪唔可以燒紅鑊先落雨,不銹鋼先可以,但買不鏽鋼鑊都先落油先,個Sales說的
油加薑後,薑掃暈鑊,防止魚痴鑊!
我都係咁樣煲,但係不想 浪費啲魚,因為仲有好多味嘅,所以加多一次滖水再煲多一次 。
最後用日本啲茶袋再隔一次就最安心喇😋

其實魚都好講究, 如果用一條新鮮既鱲魚 (黑鱲更正) 煲就更加鮮甜, 非青根紅衫可比, 但就貴D

下次你試吓一份係用大眼雞,另一份係用鱲魚比較吓,可以多一個選擇

@@elaineleung1140 我細個時大眼雞仲係cheap野時阿媽已經買大條既大眼雞煲薯仔蕃茄, 非常好味.而家大條既大眼雞變左貴野, 細條個D又無咁好飲, 所以不如買條鱲魚起肉做刺身, 頭同骨煲湯, 比起大眼雞真係鮮甜好多, 可能大眼雞無咁多魚油, 所以香味都差好遠
