My feet sweat a lot or get too hot if I wear socks or shoes for long time so even though I am supposed to wear those during office time from 8am to 5 pm, I end up removing them. Then after some time I feet get cold due to the air con. I am in real pain on what to do for many years now. What is the best thing to wear which will protect my feet from cold outside and body heat from inside. Thanks
