This is something that I am teaching my sons about, especially about lowering the gaze and not chit-chatting about trivial matters to girls or they are on a path to the Fire. This is helpful to me. As a non-muslim, unmarried man, I'm required to interact with Muslim women from time to time as part of my work teaching English to adult migrants who are new to my country (Australia). I'll try to bear these expectations in mind as I go about my job.

the great scholar of the sunnah Ibn Taymiyyah once mentioned "Men mixing with women is like fire to wood" which is kind of impossible in today's society but a Muslim can definitely minimize it. but i think it's far easier to do when in a Muslim country.

Sister I am a revert since 2021, and westerner I am learning the importance of this and inshallah although I work at an alcohol free grocery store it is a mixed environment. Inshallah I will find a job were only women work. If anyone is reading thIs please make dua for me 🤗

@Eli_Muwahhid yes, also for democracy In Islam, women are the counterparts of men. Every law addressed to men is also addressed to women! Muslim women can participate in public affairs, including voting in elections, provided that they observe the Islamic requirements of dress and decorum.
