Ali Dawah is a bigoted fool - but the Trinity is incoherent. There is no world in which one being can be three persons. it makes no logical sense. And no, the quotes you gave from early Church Fathers do not affirm anything about the gospel authorship.

This is a perfect example of the danger of reading the Bible without the “mind of the Church”. He is doomed to not understand what he is reading… not to mention he probably doesn’t really care about the truth anyway. We need to pray for him and all Muslims.

Mark Twain said the best cure for Christianity is to read the Bible. A reading with the "mind of the Church" is not an honest, critical reading. It's more like confirmation bias.

my stance is simple, if you building a computer, doesnt mean you're in the computer, theres no reason for you to be there even if you have the ability to do it after sending all the prophets. god plan does not change, sending all the prophets and all the law why should he enter his own creation? for what reason? to create confusion? God is not the author of confusion. what ever miracle the prophets has, that miracle is not them on their own, this the will of the god.

@@danielhariri Your analogy doesn’t work at all, because, just like our friend Ali Dawah’s position, it assumes you know and understand the mind of God. Who are you to say what God can or cannot do? Who is Ali Dawah to say he understands what God wants for his creation. Apart from that, is the computer alive, breathing with emotions. No. Am I like God. No, I am not a creator of that magnitude. And no man is. Hence you analogy, being polite to you, is weak.

By that means jesus is not god of mine, simple. As for me as a muslim, i dont care what analogy i make since even cristian dont understand it too

His whole King vs Pharao arguement irritates me. It’s like the difference between calling the position as head of government in a monarchy King, Kaiser, Rey, or Tsar.

There is nothing in what Ali D says (and anyone who checks out his channel will find out) because he has no interest in genuine arguments. @0.26 "these are all gods" knowing full well after many years of discussion that they aren't. He's not an idiot but he is a knave: he speaks like this for the crowd-pleasing effect it has on Muslims. Then @1:57 Jesus cannot be divine because of the mundane facts of being human so he says "we do not believe that is a God" - a statement of opinion that has no effect whatsoever on someone else's standpoint. He then continues in this vein using various logical fallacies that actually only are of interest to Muslims or agnostics. His presupposition that the Quran is a reliable source - like the argument about the use of either pharaoh or king as a title is so childish that it typifies how weak his own understanding is (and his assertion about the Rosetta Stone is baseless.)

It's true tho, the Trinity is a very odd concept. One has to go thru the whole new testament to feel it, to understand Jesus is indeed God. It's no use quoting here and there from various authors and argue. One can read the whole Bible, and decide whether they feel Quran is superior or Bible contains truth.

Bro, check the meaning of "one" (echad) as used in that specific verse. It literally means ONE collection of a PLURALITY of things. This "one" is contrasted by "yachid" meaning ONE in collection and SINGULARITY of thing. So, basically, you're proving the trinity yourself @@davidmathews9633

Jesus is eternal , the divine spirit of Jesus , which is God , doesn’t eat , sleep ect… That’s only the flesh, which isn’t divine.

Like (I have my body and my soul) (Jesus has his body, his soul, and gods spirit)? So Jesus body and soul is separate from gods? I’m genuinely curious. Just ordered my Bible today! With regard to your question , i would say yes , if Jesus is fully human , he has human flesh and a human soul. If he is as well fully God , then he a divine essence or spirit in Him. Both the human and the divine natures of Jesus are under one personhood, so it’s not two person in Jesus , but one . God bless brother

When a human soul and gods divinity differ. But they act as 1 unit within the body of Jesus. I will be studying my Bible very soon and hopefully can find a common ground with this 🤲🏼🙏🏼

If you say they share the same nature then how are they not all gods? In your analogy you, your brother and father are all separate beings not 1 being. It's the is of identity (eg Bruce Wayne IS Batman) vs is of predication (Superman IS Strong) discussion when talking about the trinity. The is of identity route leads to the trinity collapsing as if Jesus is God and the Father is God then they are the same (The Father is Jesus) which is a heretical views. The is of predication leads one to say Jesus, the Father and The Holy sprit each posses the divine property making them god which would mean they are each gods in their own right. That's my brief explanation of what's called the logical problem of the trinity, I think it's a bit more complex than how you made out so would be nice seeing you delve deeper on this.

@@Bruh-el9js They are different persons. I've heard this attempt to overcome the logical problem by appealing to the idea of 'human' - but there is no such thing as 'human'. Humanity is the collective noun for every single human being. 'Human' does not exist in the way you want it to for this argument. Being and person are synonyms. The only difference between them is that we tend to reserve 'person' for beings that are of our own species. You can call God a person - but to call him three persons is absurd, since we define person as a discreet being.

@@bengreen171 "Humanity" is not the collective for all humans, the Form precedes the particular. You got it backwards. The individual human exists because it participates in the "human" Form. The Form cannot be generated from the particular because the particular only has any determination whatsoever because it participates in a Form that precedes it. Being and person, at least insofar as philosophy goes, are not to be understood as synonyms. Even things which have no personality still *are*, i.e., they participate in Being. All of the three persons *are*, so they participate in Being, which is their Form. This Being in which they participate is God, and the procession of the persons is entirely unrelated to this Being but entirely related (and necessary) to the figure of the Father. 1. The Father, because he is God, creates things by conceiving them. All that the Father thinks becomes true, and what he thinks cannot fail to become true. 2. The Father has an image of himself in his mind, which necessitates that this image has existence itself; this new thing, eternally generated (because the images in the mind of God are not erased, unlike what happens to us in the case of "forgetfulness"), this image of God, which is God too but has a personality of itself, is called the Son. Trinitarianism is the only possible way to be a theist. Any other formatting of theology is merely representing a relatively more powerful being; the trinity is perfect and necessary.

"Trinity", word is not in the bible, because it is an oral teaching of St. Augustine when he says " The Father is God, the Son is God, and the Holy Spirit is God. God exalts Himself." People should not talk about "Trinity" if they don't know the word, because it is the teaching of the Roman Catholic Church. The Christian denomination bible (King James) is also corrupted, and King Kames of England who got his wife murdered.

If god enters his creation then he becomes 2 gods? Makes zero sense. 😅 go back to your oldest bible, there is no mention of any people praying to Jesus (peace and bessings be upon him) actually it mentions that he was just a man like you and me whome god gave superpowers like the previous messengers before him, every messenger has proof of Allah's existence, Jesus (pbuh) can walk on water, bring back the dead, and cure the blind, Muhammad (peace and blessing be upon him)split the moon, and there were witnesses to that, so I don't see why you guys keep fighting it, when its very clear that Allah has sent many messengers because his message keeps getting corruption, greed, and hunger for power. Many Christians have said that Jesus is not the son of god, read your history, you're Paul follower, follow your oldest testimony not Paul's.

First things first, you don't need to say peace be upon Jesus... we already know where he is and ESPECIALLY WHO HE IS and what he claimed, .. unlike you and your buddy's, also why do you even say PBUH in the first place, we already kow the prophets are in heaven with the exception of your buddy Mo who was an obvious imposter claiming to come from the line of Ishmael who was clearly never chosen by God, ask the Jews even and they will say the same to you. Explain that 🤔 The Quran says that our hearts can think. Skeptics claim that whoever wrote the Quran made a mistake, only brain cells can think. Today scientists discovered brain cells in the heart, go read about it, these are facts. How did a illiterate prophet pbuh know this? Its simple, maricles happened and you were unaware of it, because the maricle you want has to be a flying superman who can shoot laser from his eyes, then you'd belive he's a prophet pbuh. I suggest you read about the maricles of Mohammad and their undying proof, so if you deny it, show me proof first, how did he know all that?
