great video, have you tried using dubbing wire it might help keep the brush together when you wrap it on your shanks.

Yes we have tried wire, I like using wire when using full synthetics but when using deer hair I want to keep it neutrally buoyant. With using power pro you are about to keep it neutrally buoyant, wire will weight it down a little bit and screw up the walk the dog motion.

Hi, great video. Is it steel wire 304? And what diameter? It would be shame to break that wire while twisting...

Can you tell me what kind of motor you have on your dub brush maker? Would love to ditch the cordless drill I use on mine.Excellent videos by the way...made a few of the pig stickers. already

my dubbing brush machine uses a sewing machine motor and foot pedal
Have you had any issues with the braid unwinding, especially if you spin and store some brushes?

If you glue the ends you won't have any unraveling. Hope that helps!
