this is true tho. A lot of manga artists have it really rough with their editors and deadlines on their backs which sometimes eventually lead to health issues. Though sometimes they have health issues even before. I really hope that she's doing ok tho

My gf had this tattooed on her back. She died on April 2021 from depression. I haven't watched the anime nor read the manga, but the fact that it meant so much to her makes it mean a lot to me too. This song is beautiful. I'll listen to it to remember her whenever I need her.

Caster Gil Agree, both one piece and bleach are great works, but I prefer the core value of D-Gray Man, and a bit of sadness, Gothic elements and biblical references involved. Geez the author of the manga has all my respect!😭

I asked to my friends have y'all watched d gray man and mostly all of them never heard of it always feel like those who knows are only legends

i just finished D Gray Man for the first time. Hearing this song I just stopped everything and listened to it. Remembering what Allen went through. I have to now read the Manga because the Anime is over, but this song i will never forget it

I watched D.gray man in 2019 and it's already 2023. D.gray man will always hold a special place I my heart. Even today I was going through my galary and saw Allan's pic and I felt a rush of nostalgic feeling and remembered how much I had enjoyed it. I feel bad for people who doesn't know about it😢. I just hope the manga gets completed before I die that's my only wish.

I always remember this song whenever i finished reading the latest chapter... It captures my pain of waiting 3 months for 1 chapter. This song is truly beautiful even till this day

When ever I feel sad, angry or tired at work this song always clam my emotion and help me get through anything I faced

I first watched D Gray Man when I was like 14 and now I’m 24… still here haha. I will never forget this song and how it made me feel when Allen Walker played it in the scene.

@@goldentrout4811 Hallow is true to the manga and I enjoyed it. I think they stopped at the perfect point. I do understand there is a difference in animation especially if the main medium a fan consumed is only anime. Kinda felt abrupt, but there was a gradual shift of art style at the start of Hallow in the manga. I've been following katsura on ig so I was familiar with the shift it's probably why I love Hallow. I really think Hallow is faithful to the manga so you might enjoy it after bypassing the unfamiliar art style tho there are some missed arcs that I wish got animated. I heard there was supposed to be a dvd release that I would like to assume the missing arcs are supposed to be.

This has always been, for over a decade for me now, the most powerfully calming and beautiful song that I know. It has pulled me out of panic attacks, it has helped me when I was at my lowest, and I have never forgotten how to sing it. I love this song dearly, and this anime will always be so, so deeply important to me and rooted in my identity as a human being. DGM is a masterpiece and deserves a lot more recognition.

here from 2020 quarantine!! about a few weeks ago I decided to rewatch D Gray-man bc I was bored and felt like watching a somewhat long-running anime lol. back in middle school, (I'm in hs) I watched the anime with my dad but he finished watching all the available episodes on hulu without me, so I had no idea where I had left off, so I was like... why not watch from the beginning again? when I finished the 51 available episodes on hulu I realized that there was a second half of the anime that didn't get licensed and I really wanted to know what happened next so I pirated them GHDGKDJHD and boy that's where the meat of the story is. I binged the next 52 episodes in three days (I stayed up til 6 am one day bc I was so hooked) and then jumped right into the manga and caught up! now I'm obsessed with the series, help... last time I was this hooked with a series I binged 600+ episodes of one piece in two months hkj not sure what to say here but I agree, d gray man is underrated. it's sad seeing that the series lost popularity over time but I'm glad to see that there are still fans of the series that keep it close to their heart! I only wish hoshino-san the best in life and in health!! ❤️

@@clauds4465 yeah I did after I caught up with the manga because I heard that it would be very confusing to watch without knowing the context. it was all right, the pacing was truly strange (13 episodes was really short) and the new voices took some time to get used to, but I don’t exactly hate it either.
