This is unbelievable! My general genre is classic rock from the 70's, but this completely blew me away. I have watched and looped this video at least 150 times already. I came to this video after seeing the other one of Anoop Sankar singing to Tendulkar. I had no idea that Mr Jayaram is such a phenomenal singer. I have spent the last week looking up songs sung by him, couldn't find too many, but did manage to find the originals of the Malayalam and Tamil songs. Could Anoop Sankar please request Mr Jayaram to sing full versions of both 'Melle Melle' and 'Thooliyile..'? I guarantee it will have a billion views (with 500 million from me alone). For those who haven't, please play this video on a good system. I heard it first on a phone, then on a car system and then on a bose revolve speaker. The sound has been recorded very well and the way it filled up every inch of space with the reverberating base of his voice and the gentle piano in the background was simply outstanding. Please find a way to record full versions with Mr Jayaram.
