Hello! I apologize that I did not post a video last week. We had a death in our church family and the funeral was last week. Also, we had family in for Thanksgiving and there was not quiet place to go and record.
The song I recorded this week is called, "The Best Is Yet To Come," written by Gary Duty. Brother Duty is a great song writer. He wrote "Do You Know How It Feels?" "In My Father's Eyes," "The Blood Is Still There" and many many other wonderful gospel songs.

In the Bible we read how Lazarus was laid at the rich man's gate,
Full of sores desiring the crumbs that fell from the rich man's plate,
But when he died he was carried by angels to the bosom of Abraham,
And although he was poor in heaven I'm sure there's not a richer man.
'Cause it don't take this world's possessions, no money did I have to pay,
It just took the Blood of God's only Son, to wash all my sin away,
And I don't have much longer to stay here, my race is almost run.
And Lord, You know I've seen better days but the best is yet to come.
My pockets aren't filled with money, and I don't wear the latest styles,
And the house where I live is old and rundown but that's alright it'll do for a while,
'Cause soon I'll inherit a mansion, where nothing will ever decay.
And I'm gonna wear a white robe and a crown of glory that fadeth not away.
'Cause it don't take this world's possessions, no money did I have to pay,
