I composed this music with the idea that the monotonous electronic sounds and high frequencies used as tinnitus treatment sounds could be combined as music to create a more pleasant sound.

🗒️ How to use
Either speakers or earphones can be used.
Please set the volume to a level where you can faintly hear the tinnitus.
If there is no discomfort, there is no problem hearing with only one ear.
If you listen louder than necessary, you may feel the tinnitus louder after you stop the playback.
⏳ How long?
It depends on the condition of your ears and your tolerance to sound. Do not listen for long periods of time from the beginning but start with short periods of time, such as a few minutes, tens of minutes, or hours, and increase the playback time as you check for any discomfort or fatigue in your ears.

It can seem lonely for sure. I remember waking up to this new condition 3 years ago and realizing life as I knew it was over. I read about the harsh conditions many endure and wish there was more I could do. You are not alone. All of us who suffer are together in our grief and struggle. Life does go on and there is hope. I have tried a tapping therapy around different parts of my skull and amazingly it works every time. Stay positive. I love this music.

You've done it again. I've only listened to #05, but this is great, too! Once again I play it at 0.5x and it is perfect with rain sounds or white noise to fall asleep to while giving relief from tinnitus. Not all heroes wear capes!

I just got severe Tinnitus 6 days ago. Thank God I found sound therapy on the Internet I had 2 scary, lonely, sleepless, helpless, hellish, suffering nights. Taking melatonin to sleep only to wake up every 3 hours. This one with the Christmassy like chimes is working already after a few minutes. It's all about relief and letting me sleep through the night. I know there's no cure. But with these sounds at least I can tone the tinnitus way down and live with it. Thanks whoever created this.

I've had tinnitus for over 40 years and as you age, for me, it progressively got worse. Wake up from a nap, all hell breaks loose. These tones work, and not substituting one annoying sound for another. Thanks, hopefully more affected by tinnitus find your site.

Forty years is a very long time. Since this song and sound was created using my own tinnitus as a test subject, it was I did not know how effective it would be for someone else. However, since you said that you feel the effect, I knew that it would be effective for those who have tinnitus with similar sounds and frequencies. Thank you very much for your valuable feedback. @@tinnitus_cure Loud explosions, gun fire, and jet engine noise did a number on my hearing. Of all the tinnitus sites I have used, yours works for me the best. That 10 minutes of no high pitched noise, absolutely wonderful. Keeping the stress level down, diet and exercise, also knowing it isn't going away, but having to cope and deal with it keeps me sane. Ajuste el volumen a un nivel en el que sienta una reducción del tinnitus. Si no sientes ninguna reducción independientemente del volumen, es posible que esta música no sea adecuada para ti. Buena suerte con el sueño😪

The only thing I don't understand is most I can minimize the screen and look at other apps this will not do that.

You can only use that feature with a KZread Premium subscription, otherwise you will have to watch the video. KZread Premium allows you to listen to audio in the background while using other apps, or listen to audio while your phone/tablet screen is turned off. Additionally with a premium subscription there are no advertisements. Hope this helps.
