What dictates emotion intervals or scale Degrees?

scale degrees are a relation of notes, for example in a minor, the first to the fifth scale degree is a perfect 5th, the first to the third is a minor third, wheras in c major (a scale with all the same notes) the first to the third would be a major third and the first to the fifth is still a perfect fifth

That sounds soo smooth, but shi too complex for my pea brain imma stick to sampling 😅

there’s the part where music comes in scales u need to memeorize in order for the whole thing to be in key
