Being scared and worried keeps you alert, so you can use that. Are you worried about the virus? Use it to remember to wash your hands every time you go some place. Make a list of the most relevant items that you can control, and just worry about those. Anything smaller you know will not be a problem, anything bigger you cannot influence anyway. Once you have done something for those items, you can relax, as you know you have done what you could. Tomorrow may be another day, but today is taken care of. Rest, relax, and as time goes by you can remove items from the list because they are no longer a serious threat to you. It will take work though, so be prepared for that TL;DR: Take your fear, use its energy for awareness, and control what is important to you

You don't have to rely on bravery all the time. Being afraid is what keeps you grounded and aware. Being brave when you have to be, is key. Maybe you don't need to eradicate that fear, but own it, and learn to manifest that into something better.

Same here I'm battling a lot of traumatic moments in life a lot of experiences changed me my attuides and my mindset even dealing with tougher toxic people in life...especially working a lot when I'm stuck I remind myself that I'm only learning I won't get everything right but it's not too late to try again.When you screw up learn from your mistakes grow from them ,so it'll make you a stronger wiser person and keep going....if your build into a warrior then your missions aren't done I tell people if you can't take the heat ,step away from the fires.

Just remember men are not born from easy tribulations, but failures and tears. Rise up again, and again and again, and lead from your mistakes.

@@GumGirl I am a fairly healthy young person who is fully vaccinated. I also enjoy being able to climb stairs without getting out of breath. I happen to be perfectly fine with fearing the possibility of death by an extremely unpleasant disease.

If they don’t play this at my funeral, I’m not going.

This music makes me feel like I'm living with my demons. I can forever hear their taunts and screams at me. I have some anxiety and a lot of depression surrounding my whole entire life. This music makes me push harder to fight the war of depression so when the war ends I may stand in triumph and live my dreams as a actress. So I can yell at my demons and say I've beaten them. So I can help another person like me not go through the depression and anxiety I went through. So that the rest of my days I can live in peace So I can not live in fear of these demons. That I may find my lover and have a family. So that I'm not defined by my actions and what people say of me. I use to be a Christian but my demons have made me sin terribly in front of God that I no longer I call myself one. I hope one day I can be rebaptized and truely serve God like I was ment to. God please don't let myself kill me. Let your son be the savior I once knew and seeked. Let me seek again and humble mysef I know I'm right for your judgement but I had good intentions just never had the faith courage to do them. I know I've sinned with my actions and words but that was anger depression and loneliness. Please don't cast me out. I have already had too many shut doors in my life time please don't be another. The doors to happiness and eternal life have already shut because I neglected to walk through them. I have so many evil thoughts and evil intentions poison my mind. Even my imagination has pictured violent crimes and thoughts there in my sleep as well. God I'm praying all this to you do not abandon me and leave to me astray to wither and perish under the demon's sword. Give me faith and curage and hope again. Let me be daring again let me fight my war with valor. My past is my misery, my anger is my sin, my memories are my scars. The demons rattle my childhood house I live over a shadow of regret and shame from my past. I know Lord that this is a test that you've challenged me to. To see if I'm willing to serve you as I did before. Lord I only hope that I've lived a life worthy that of which you have given me. And my only regret is for my life and not myself that I've lived a life in shame and sin. That I've wasted this life I never did help anybody. I would make sacrifice rather to be selfish. Sadly in this ending life I've loved no one. If anybody wants to I'll write the rest of this...... Thank-you for this song❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤😂!

Lauren........'I know of what you speak'. As an Empath and having lived with depression I have tried the drugs and the Therapy and both have done what they have done.. But I ended up going it 'alone' with the help of Teachers who had me look at what was going on- 'Shadow Work' is what it's called and I used whatever 'tools' I could get to do the work....to keep on.RIGHT NOW there are more Helpers than you could ever count, all around you, just waiting to you allow them to assist you to become LIGHT-filled and with more Inner Joy. I was directed to a book years ago that help tremendously "For Once In Your Life" by Chris Prentiss. ..a great deceptively simple 'workbook' on how to change your perceptions around you and your world. Also, if you want to read a helpful Tumblr Blog try "Touching The Heart Of Earth And Sky". It's full of uplifting information that you can apply and it's an on-going story of someone who is dedicated to becoming Free within..............It's MY Blog. Hang in there. You are WORTH IT!!!!!!!!!!! Namaste'..........William

I slept for a century and dreamt of a battle. A battle between me, strange creatures and a dark beast. By my side we’re 4 warriors and a princess. The warriors were riders of strange beasts Given the adjective divine. The princess seemed to be the goddess incarnate. Her power challenged the dragon and the strange creatures. It was a dream, I assumed. Then I awoke. In a pool of water, glowing blue light surrounds the atmosphere. My body mostly bare, yet warm. I look around and I found a strange tablet on a pedestal. I kept it along with me ever since. With it, I learned to create ice out of water instantly, move iron to my heart’s extent, create images with what I see through it. stop time, and even create explosives out of thin air. Overtime I began to remember my dream, but it was never a dream. It haunts me now, what happened a century ago. I remember now. All of them, the champions, Revali, Urbosa, Daruk... Mipha... and... Princess Zelda... I remember what happened. We lost that battle, and the princess had to challenge the beast alone. So now I have to prepare, regain my strength, and my title. So I can save the land, conquer the dark beast, and relieve Princess Zelda from her 100 year burden. So you see, I am no ordinary traveler. I am the last Champion, Link. So you wanna soft bed for 40 or regular for 20?

Yes, it makes me feel and think of joining god/gods, interacting with them, having superpowers and eventually becoming one of them. Imagination is great.

i feel soo lost and lonely alot of times Lost alot of my friends even friends i knew since i was 10, mom and dad got divorced, lost the love of my life, and yet i wanna be a better version of me i don’t need nobody cuz a hawk flys alone and the wolf survives on his own i always say this to myself : i must be a better me, no matter how hard everything gets I WILL FIGHT ! AND I REFUSE TO BE A FOOL ! as they all leave, i gain power and wisdom i will not let life drop me to the ground till the day i die .

Arturo Gatti vs Mickey Ward is what I think about when I listen to this. The fact those two boxers displayed so much heart, courage and strength to go to war like that blows me away, it was almost like two humans could not pull that off!!! RIP Arturo Gatti! The boxer with the heart of a warrior!
