The reason is that you don't have any discipline, I'm telling you as someone who never had that too. Trying to get discipline is hard, but is key to life. If you can't even manage to bend your will to do a simple task like cleaning your room, imagine what will happen in the important things in life. Next time when you know you must do something, don't put it off, just do it, don't even think about it. Get up and start doing an action and the rest will follow.
