I love the play on words with the title. In Japanese, "koko" means "here" and "natsu" is "summer" or "summertime" and it's the answer to the reoccurring question in the lyrics "So tell me where do you wanna be?" Musically the song gives me Twice's Alcohol Free vibes, but with the playful tones of Red Velvet/Aespa's Beautiful Christmas. It's not my favorite NiziU song, but the "Co-co-co co-co-co-nut" is definitely stuck in my head.

I noticed something going on with the lyrics there! That makes sense and it is a great lyrical invention! I haven't heard enough of NiziU yet. But this song is as fun as the concept of summer vibes! It's really good! And I can see all the charisma and talent of the group here. Fantastic!

@@zocastproductions2407 If there is one common thread in a NiziU song, it's their ability to bring a smile to your face when you listen to them. Their pre-debut song was "Make You Happy" and the lines in that chorus are "I just wanna make you happy, I want you to smile" and it's a theme that can be heard in the other songs in their discography. I dare you to watch that MV and not come away with a big grin on your face. 😄

I'm Japanese and Japanese native speaker.Let me revise a little about the play on words that was commented here. koko means here, natsu means summer, that's correct. But the thing is they say "cocona!" in this song. so natsu doesn't have any connection with cocona. "cocona!" is kind of slang which means "It's here!".Especially these days Japanese young people tend to say this way. 3:37 here Nina sings like "maho no rakuen cocona!" It means "magical paradise is just here!"
