The art is not specifically from the light novels, but it was made by the same guy that did the art in the light novels, so-bin. Also, Overlord started as a web novel before it became a light novel. Regardless, it’s a great connection.

Overlord is one of the few anime with no bad endings or openings. Two of the best bands in the industry imo

yoo not lot of people recognize that Overlord songs ar sang by 2 bands op1,2,4 and ed 3 is sang by OxT and op 3 and ed 1,2 are sang by Myth&Roid ed 4 is by lead singer of Myth&Roid nice reaction

good choice, these are all bangers! Maybe check out Call of the Night OP and ED, both by Creepy Nuts. The songs are called Daten and Call of the Night respectively (the song was actually named after the manga the anime adapts with the author's permission lol). They also did a really good OP for Mashle, called Bling Bang Bang Born. Edit: said that backwards. The song was first, which inspired the manga, then became the anime ED. My B.

Actually the song "Call of the Night" was the inspiration for the manga's title, then when it was adapted to anime the author ask Creepy Nuts to do the music for it.

You forgot about KanadeYUK (Yuki Kanade). He made arrangemet of 3rd ending. And Masayoshi Oishi written music for Openings 1-2 & 4 while Tom-H@ck made an arrangement for this songs

Да, Myth and Roid исполнили опенинг к аниме "Этот герой неуязвим, но очень осторожен" ("The Hero is Overpowered but Overly Cautious") или просто "Cautious Hero". А ещё OxT исполнили оба опенинга к аниме "Восхождение в тени" ("The Eminence in Shadow") Это всё прям очень хорошо. Очень советую не упустить из виду

yep Overlord got some bang music: opening 1,2,4 and ending 3(if i remember right) are OxT and myth and roid does the rest basically. the ending art work is by the illustrator for the novels so-bin, great clean work ^^ my opening list is 1,4,3,2 and i got all of the full op and ending on my phone to listen to while working or working out.

op 1, 2 and 4, as well as ed 3, was done by OxT. Op 3, as well as ed 1 and 2 were done by "Myth and Roid", and ed 4 was done by the singer from Myth and Roid after she left to start a solo career. Also you said the ending visuals were kind of lame but beautiful, but actually all the ending visuals were drawn by the illustrator for the original source material for Overlord, which is very neat. It is a very good series, I think you would enjoy it. My only problem with the show is some occasional poor CGI, but other than that, it's peak. Also yes, skeleton guy is the main character for the show.

12:22 it's claps and castañuelas, both from traditional spanish music styles such as flamenco

Im disappointed in you calling it mexican on opening 4. That's "flamenco" part is from Spain. I'm neither but i don't like it when everything hispanic is called mexican like it there's wasn't any other race around that speak some kind of Spanish
