Jin is very humble and sometimes insecure. He had never sung before being recruited (he was going to be an actor) and worked tirelessly on his vocals and dancing. BTS is very collaborative and the composers in the band (the rap line for short) pushed him to write his own songs. They did that with every member of the vocal line with beautiful results. Jin plays the piano and often accompanies himself onstage. Thanks for your reaction.

Jin is going to turn 28 in December, 29 in korean age. The most interesting thing is that he wasn't a singer or had any music background until he turned 20 and joined BIG HIT to be part of BTS, he was an acting student when someone from the company saw him getting out of a bus and invited him to join Big Hit so he has to work really hard to make it into the group and started practice a lot on his singing and dancing and look at him now. The hardwork really makes the difference. The song is about loss. He was inspired in the loss he felt when his pets died, so this song is about his pets but we can feel it in every way of loss. I've seen some of your videos now and it's really interesting and cool to see this kind of reactions, hope I can see more.

In korea every one get a year older on the first of january. That‘s the birthday that everyone shares. So compared to international age they become 1-2 years „older“. In case of jin: he was born in 1992. on the 1.1.2020 he and every korean who is also a 92er became 29 years old. From our point of view jin was then only 27 years old - so 2 years „younger“. In december, he‘ll be 28 for us, but stays 29 for koreans. He‘ll celebrate his 30th birthday in 1,5 month...😅 I hope i didn‘t confuse anything....🙈

Hello..I think the easier way to count the Korean age is by Yr1, yr2, yr3, and so on..for example Jin was born 1992, that's his yr 1 or 1yr old, 1993 yr2 or 2yrs old, and so on..hope you get it

you will hear many english words incorporated in the korean language nowadays, especially for modern vocabulary. "timing" (타이밍 ta-i-ming) is one of them

All of the Wings albums were recorded during concerts. So after a concert, they eat and shower then they would record in the living room of one of the staff suites. Later they would rent houses and then they would make one room into a make shift studio but this was done at a hotel. There is also a video of Jungkook recording his solo song. You will see that it is the same room but he actually recorded while sitting on his knees. Jin always felt like he was not as strong as the other singers so you will see him being very iffy about timing and other things that he left to the staff but he did question from time to time so that he would learn. They all worked on their craft as they sang in concert, they learned more about music and recording. Suga and RM were always interested in music but Jin was not interested in music, he wanted to be an actor or a business man. Most of the music terminology is spoken in English, like; timing, 808, tape.

they call that "konglish". i'm sure there's a korean word for that, but they tend to add a lot of english words with a korean accent, up to the point that a lot of koreans nowadays don't know the actual korean word and assume a "konglish" term to be korean

@@taesfilter3026 : Also word for timing could be very long word in Korean so "timing" might be shorter to use in professional setting. I'm always pulling up the example of Japanese language where real traditional word milk is Gyūnyū (ū pronounced as a long vocal) so they say "milku".

BTS new album called BE is coming out soon. A few months ago BTS did a live on KZread where they literally came up with the concept of the album and what they want the album to be since this time they are completly in charge of the creative process from the songs to the styling and mv. Since you wanted to see their creative process I think this video will be really interesting to you since it literally shows their thought process of how they come up with the album theme, the main track theme, how many tracks they want to have, if they want all of the members on the tracks, ... Especially if you look at the track list of their new album BE you will see that most of the things that they talked about in that one video are on that track list and will probably be in the actual album. Okay so in Korean they use a lot of English words. Yes they do it in their songs but it's also normal to use these words daily. Words like computer or coffee are commonly used but just adapted to fit hangul (their alphabet/pronunciation). They can even make it a game to not use words that come from English since it's so integrated in their language. Btw Jin will be 28 on December 4th. He's the oldest member in BTS.

Esta canción se llama “Tonight” y fue lanzada en soundcould de forma gratuita para los fans durante en Festa del año pasado. El Festa es una celebración que se hace todos los años en Junio por el aniversario del debut de BTS, aparte del evento durante todo Junio hasta el 13 que es el día en que debutaron lanzan contenido especial, entre ello canciones nuevas, versiones de canciones pasadas que nunca salieron y composiciones originales, esta canción en específico es muy especial pues habla de 3 mascotas de Jin que tristemente fallecieron, “Oddeng, Eomuk, Jjangu, esto es para ustedes”, por lo que es una canción en solitario grabada en una habitación de hotel a la mitad de un tour mundial. when you say not many people will know the differences, I'm like yeh me without the doubt lol... and you showed us the differences im like yep na didn't notice a thing. buuuuutt i have been replaying in my head thinking hang on... brb gonna check again... argh its like my hearing test all over again lol... had one two weeks ago and im about to be fitted a newer more powerful hearing aid soon... I had a listen again... so at 100 sound tad bit faster than 101 ??? its very smidgen... i think.... this is bringing back memory of me having to listen the techincal voice sounding out words and i had to repeat back... mat map mat map words that sound the same but way it sounds have slight sameness but the words are spelled differently you know what I mean?

edit: oops! I see others already gave you this info! ;-) You keep getting surprised by loanwords. LOL! Timing, virus, phone, schedule, audition, model, taxi, computer, and many others are borrowed in Korean. They may be pronounced slightly differently, or, in the case of schedule, have a slightly different meaning (schedule is used to mean appointments - "I don't have any schedule today"). It's kind of like how English uses French a lot.

@@RayAndre Oh perdón, parece ser que mi mente está fallando y no recordaba esa parte del vídeo. Aún así puedes verlo para entender bien lo que dice durante la grabación ( vi de nuevo el vídeo y querías saber que es lo que decian). Do you know how long these videos take to make? It’s not laziness, I prefer to have actual people inform me in the comments. I like to have friendships with people rather than just use a robot (google) and call it a day :) but I appreciate your input!
