The thing about this and MalosiMudios' comment made me realize is that not only are you both correct... *Henry's theme is also trying to start* You already know travis' theme and can clearly hear the starting notes. The guitar riff is the beginning of his theme, a theme you never get to hear because you aren't playing his story. Both of their egos are clashing to the point neither of you are able to get a lead, until ego gets left behind and you are left with pure emotion. Its a pretty sick thing to get across with just music.

This song is really fitting for the fight when you think about it. "We are finally cowboys" refers to the game cowboys and Indians. Travis and Henry aren't playing as children anymore, they're the real deal now. They are real "cowboys."

It really is up there in top 10 badass video game moments. Got my ass kicked like 20 times in a row and then all I did was darkstep like I had ultra instinct. 2's finale was disappointingly easy compared to NMH 1 Bitter Henry. But Bitter Silver Face in TSA is fucking amazing.

This boss fight and theme have stuck with me for 15 goddamn years. I was 13 when I played this game. It rattled me playing and I had points of frustration, but was still infatuated with it...this song, this fight, this ending was worth everything the game put you through. One on One, no gimmicks, a deathmatch in a shitty motel parking lot. Clashing swords. East vs West. I haven't found that exit they call paradise yet, but I'm still looking. I fucking love this game.

NMH1 doesn't have the most in-depth combat or anything, but my god. Everything about this fight is great and this track makes it perfect. Few things match how insane it felt fighting Henry for the first time

This is the first time I ever hear No More Heroes soundtrack with a proper end to them, all I hear in KZread are loops and hearing the closing part of the song literally blew me away because I never heard it before!

I know that if you think about what's going on for a second this battle might seem silly, but this music makes this one of the coolest boss fights in a video game that I've ever experienced. I remember the night I ended up finishing this game, it had gotten a little late and I reached this part at around 3 A.M., and hearing this music blast out of my TV that late while I was dead tired and knowing that I had finally reached the last boss fight of the game was so cool and kind of surreal. What a way to end a game. I love this game so much.

This is one of the most underrated video game tracks in my opinion. That guitar?? And the way the track subtly outlines ending theme…it’s so good and perfectly fits the mood of the fight. I love how the track starts off cold and almost calculating but then as soon as the guitar kicks in it becomes intense.

This track has to be up there with some of my most favorite songs that have ever caressed my ears, I listen to this weekly at the bare minimum.

@@Kirbechu99 he shows up in the bubblegum fatale travis strikes back story mission where he has joined some sort of cult or faction called the emerald knights after watching a movie (apparently thor which I think makes sense with the parody of the MCU they have going on) and compared himself to thor and travis to loki. If you're wondering why he's not irish anymore it's because the Henry we knew from previous games had the memories and personality of someone else. And that was hinted st in travis strikes again when travis says he showed up to his trailer with a new personality, but it was explained in 3. I don't hate what they did with him I'm just a little sad he's a villain again after in 2 he was somewhat of an ally. I also dont like that we get no closure to his character, after he kills travis he just disappears- and we likely will not get closure for him cause this is the final game in the series at least for like a decade

henry in nmh1 is really, really bad, he's not a boss he's an endurance test, he has alot of health so you just end up dodging for what feels like hours for very little progress, then later on there's an instakill move and like man, whenever i get to that point I'm just thinking of any other boss i could be fighting

​@@doritosquid6043 It is the level of a game called Juke's Towers of Hell, or for short, JToH (hence JTard, from JToH and retard) (levels are called towers in the game). The tower uses this song on one of its floors so the annoying community sometimes comes and comments on the tower's name (and they ruin the comment section lol)

I'm so happy seeing more and more people get into playing No More Heroes, yeah it was pretty popular when it first came out and everyone knows Travis Touchdown but it was never as popular as other big hack and slash games like Bayonetta, DMC, and MGR, but now that the entire series is available on switch and pc seeing so many more people get the chance to play these games, listen to the kickass music and meet so many memorable and funny characters is always cool to see. Hopefully NMH convinces more people to get into Suda and Grasshopper's many other games but as far as I'm concerned, I'm just happy people got to experience this wonderful gem of a satire on the hero's journey, main characters that kill with barely any shred of remorse, and meaningless violence in video games. Well mainly the first game focuses on that but ya get what I mean, at least its fun. ⚔️🍓🍰🫐🍫🍨
