Keep your brain young with music! Research shows listening to music can reduce anxiety, blood pressure, and pain while improving sleep quality, mood, and cognitive function. At Science City's free Saturday STEM Seminar on Saturday, February 3, we explored the relationship between music and the brain, including how music promotes well-being, enhances learning, stimulates cognitive function, improves quality of life, induces happiness, and can even be used in therapy.
