I think they need to change it next season because of the context for the next season arc, I really wanted to see what they can do for a new OP song, it should be as good as the first ones, this anime made me not skip the ops lol

This one is definitely up there for anime openings. It's also one of those songs that you have to listen to with headphones/earbuds to get that bilateral section experience. To Your Eternity is a great anime as well.

Hey! Looks like my time is here. 2:34 The flubbed drum sound, Indian sounding drum you are talking about is called Tabla... More specifically the bigger sized one out of the two which is called Dagga. (The smaller one is simply called Tabla... Both of them together are all called Tabla) It takes 9 exams so 9 years to master the instruments.. I studied it for 6 years but Unfortunately wasn't able to continue due to education time constraints. Tabla is very extensively used in Anime music... For intense scenes music where the tabla is dominant (eg Noratan from Noragami, Vs. Oraganic machine by Kevin penkin in Made in abyss, Kizuna from Monogatari) And for whimsical/comedy scenes where the dagga is more dominant..... many anime use this kind The whimsical tabla music but I don't listen to them so I don't have example names... But if find some i ll add here.

I got chills with the emotions rushing back in just the first thirty seconds...this anime tore me apart.

Remember when i bought her first album and was playing all day in the 90's. She has had her ups and downs as far as albums, but her voice is amazing.

Much love and boosting in the ALGORITHM. I'm kind of scared to watch this anime knowing how sad it will be.😢

@DrumRollTonyReacts Hikaru Utada is a great singer for sure. I'd love for them to do more Anime opening songs. Ever since they sang the songs for the Kingdom Heart games , I've become a fan. Their voice is so angelic and haunting. They convey so much emotion in all their songs . The lyrics are just as powerful as well. I've been blown away with their proformance. If you have a sad, melancholy or emotional Anime you need Hikaru Utada to sing the theme song . Their voice matches the tone of To You're Eternity so well. I couldn't ask for anyone else but them. :')

The ending is wayyy better. Sadly, there will never be a full version because it's not a proper song, just a 90s instrumental track.

Honestly Tony, I’m going through your backlog now, and I feel like you should do Kingdom Hearts 1-3 main themes. And at least the 3rd ending. All of them are by this same artist Hikaru Utada. Also the Kingdom Hearts ost’s from legendary composer Yoko Shimamura are a must listen.
