Whoever wanted to see you as a stranger had to be forced to keep animals like cows as you used to do. So, to meet with you in the bush or at the water reserve where animals could get water. It is your weakness as president or ruler of Uganda to put in stream line. If others are paying themselves shs. 50 million, it is that your government have no policy on salary scale for the citizens. You just allow those who can steal to do so, so that they will not fight your government. Do not pretend that you get only 3,6 million. What about the allowances you get daily?

As much as I wld love to listen to what he is saying, I wish he cld outline one topic after the other. But he talks abt 5 topics in one sentence. Anyway he is our president and we have to put up with it

Stupid people like are many.

But you're facilitated your excellency. You actually don't need it. You don't buy even onion for yourself. I heard your weekly grocery money is 30million. But a teacher will pay for everything on his 800k and he might not be able to take his kids to the school he teaches in, but you as a predident you can take your kids to any university in the world on government money. With all the benefits you have as a president i can do your job for free. I can't claim the 2.7m. My pay slip gross and net pay will be 00000 or Nil or donate it to the poor like Sir Edward mutesa did. I heard all his salary was always donated to Karamoja and Sembabule.His salary was 3000 pounds then.
