We need a statement from the minister of education. She should come out and put a stop to this behavior. She has already failed a big fraction of the population by not availing enough education. Schools with hardly any resources! The least she could do is at least teach some decency and respect for authority as we as respect for citizens.

In other jurisdictions, people who attempt to stone a presidential convoy are turned into past tense by being shot dead on the scene.
