Apart from creating anti - corruption units,'the President also deployes energetic and trustworthy personal to support him in his campaign against corruption This in tandem with earlier statement of President Museveni that all his achievements are the result of team work. The last speaker said debts should be invested appropriately so that they will be adequate return on investment that in turn will be used to pay the debts
