Ken. We are close in age. Iam 53. I lost my dad when I was ten. So sorry to hear about your dad. What I have learned is tough times don't last. Tough people do. Jesus is our only hope.

Thanks Ken for all of your courage and grace. I lost my Engineering job 10 years ago. So turned off all the distractions sat for hours deciding what to do. My late grandfather spoke to me saying get back to what you like to do. And so i'm back working as a finish carpenter and got back into riding again because of watching your video's. Love the faithfulness you bring to us. My Grandfather had a way of making things happen also. He would say what ever you want to do say after "So be it it is done".👍

I didn't realize the resto auctions wasn't the game plan the whole time, i come from a long line of fix it flippers, so i respect it. I love your demos and walk arounds, you make me want to collect lots of different bikes. I always share the vids with my friends about their bikes and they dig it to, like that sabre the other day, my buddy wants to polish his up, its about that nice, just needs some tlc.

The restoration sales business has been around long before the museum, running both i had to devote a lot of time to the museum...now for the last year its been 85% resto sales 15% museum work

I am an avid collector of bikes and intend on opening a museum here in southern Cali one day. My thoughts to you Ken are to ask for exactly what you need and do one building at a time. Painters , drywallers and people with extra materials will literally show up from outta the sky to complete your museum. Give them all thoughtful trophies for their investment. The Mormons build huge churches in a month by having all the members participate and that is one trait of their church that helps every member when they need it as they stick together. Just go in faith with the permit and build it. Put a half page or full page ad in "Dirt Bike" or "Motocross Action" Magazine as well as their digital content and collaberate with them !!!!! GIVE THEM A SECTION OF THE MUSEUM TO GIVE YOU FULL PAGE ADS FOR A YEAR AND YOU WILL GET THE 7.5 !! THEIR MAGAZINES SHOULD BE A HUGE PART OF YOUR MUSEUM !!! TAKE HI END PICTURES OF THE ORIGINAL MAGAZINES AND BLOW THEM TO BIGGER THAN POSTER SIZE AND HANG THEM ON THE WALLS ....EVERYWHERE !!! MAKE THOSE MAGAZINE COMPANIES SUPER VALID AND THEY WILL GET YOU YOUR GOAL. ! There are many old dirt bikers that have still never heard of you or your museum but EVERY VALID RIDER OR ENTHUSIAST WILL KNOW WHO YOU ARE WITH ONE YEAR IN THE MAG! Hey Ken, I’m a youngster, nearly 14. My dad and I have been building up a CR80 for me to ride, and I just blew the engine on it a few hours ago. As I was taking it apart, I was asking myself if it’s time to stop and just let it go. I went to youtube and saw this video in my recommended, saw how passionate you are about your dream and the fact is I’m the same way about motorcycling. Seeing you want to complete yours is giving me motivation to try and fix it. Keep up the great work over at the museum.

After you restore sections of the building you should look at leasing out space to other business'. They did that in a town I was raised in. The building was/is Whiten Machine Works and in it's hay day was the largest. The owner Paul Whiten also founded the town Whitensville. The WMW became one of the largest textile machinery companies in the world. Known as The "Shop" to locals Back in the 70's we went in and pulled out scrap-vices, anvils and tools. If we could haul it we took it. Wish we knew the value they would have in the future. They now lease out to other business. I had typed much morew about this but it just disappeared

KAPLAN AMERICA I’m 23 almost 24. Have a deep love for motorcycles and riding dirtbikes cause of my dad buying me a Kawi at 7 years old. But we don’t have the greatest relationship now and we don’t talk much. I learn so much about the classics and vintage motorcycles from your channel and your love and passion for motorcycles. I came across your page today and I know it wasn’t a fluke, your motorcycle auction was the first video I watched. I said to my self man this guy knows his bikes and I started watching many more, subscribed to your page and will be doing what I can to help you out! The 500 shootout was awesome I had an 85 & 87 Cr-500 and know exactly what you mean, the best bike ever. It’s been two generations now and my 3 grandsons ride my track every weekend now and GOD is so good he’s blessed my and will answer your prayer, the boldness you showed challenging GOD to meet your needs is exactly what he wants to see from his kids and when he said ask and you SHALL receive he wasn’t lying he LOVES YOU so much he sent his son to give his life for you and anyone who calls on his name so the small task you’ve asked of him is EASY remember he owns the cattle on a thousand hills and all the rest so in JESUS NAME I come in agreement with you for the full amount! Find a used genie man lift to figure out those window panes, point some bricks, fix window sills. Probably do three, then it's wash rinse repeat production sweat equity, maybe local United rentals or sunbelt could help for a plug, or how about one of the manufactures your shedding so much light on would be mighty kind of them being that your shop has stirred up sales without a doubt stimulating people to get out and fix/ride just about every bike made.
