it is cinema mod, you an get it by downloading it off the mdmc discord server

how you do those maps? how u create u use a program or smth?

you need to join the mdmc discord server. You can download melon loader which is a moding program. there are a bunch of mods and such for custom charts, backgrounds, etc. discord.gg/mdmc

download
