Once we accomplish this progression but still unable to do a strict muscle up, what's next?
4:58.....Anybody else think she was super strong halfway up a muscle up when she pauses.......only for the camera to pan down to her feet firmly on the ground😃
What do you recommend when cant get the rings down the sports bra? Is it a matter of strenght? Is it technique? What to do for imrpoving?

Good tutorial but camera needs to zoom out so that the whole of the athlete, gymnast or coach can be seen throughout the movement rather than closing in on the upper, lower or panning between the to all the time. One shot, that's all we need, just one shot for the movement. Zoom in on the descriptive stuff but when showing, the camera is all over the place. Just saying.

Dear camera man, please zoom out so that the viewers can see the whole body.
I did not see any muscle - up you did
She can be a as strong and big as likes, but she still wobbles when in support on the rings. And her arms out fully locked out either ;)
Your camera person sucks not trying to be rude but I wanted to see your form. They should back up a little bit those techniques I will try but plse if you can shoot it again with all form that will be nice
She is very strong ...women don't have a lot of muscles in their upper bodies like men .that's why they don't compete on the rings .she's bad ass
